I would have appreciated a little fridge in the room but it is no big thing. Overall we were happy with our stay.

The hotel was easy to reach and had a comfortable parking. Personal was pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was tasty and filling.

strangely, the curtains in my room were not wide enough to fully cover the window. since I was on the ground floor, I felt like anyone ne could have peeped into the room, which made me feel uncomfortable. opt for a room on the upper floor if you are booking here.

We are American and like coffee more readily available. A coffee/water pot in room would have been nice. Weather was unseasonably warm and our room became very warm in afternoon.

The location is great. Quiet and scenic although in town. It was a pleasure to drive up the long drive after a stressful motorway day! More upmarket than we usually find. Good all the way through. Well done and thank you all

Maybe the showers are bit small, for those with big bodies, be aware!

Nice congenial place, family run, yet modern. we had a nice dinner with interesting food and good menu paying attention for sustainable food, good vegetarian and vegan choices also in the wines. It’s good for taking walks and jogs around and seems dog friendly.

The Boss, im booking online and selected my option pay at the counter but during the stay the Bos accusing me of using false credit card and I show him the booking.com booking confirmation and Yes I’m correct he did not even say sorry. Not my fault as in the first place I already inform Im paying over the counter during the check in. In addition try to negotiate with the hotel to cancel my advance booking (paid) via Agoda which I had a plan changing 1 day earlier and seems they cannot tolerate. Understood on their policy but still feel disappointed. 🥲

the hotel has been transformed to a bar lounge thing and we could not use the terraces because off big party with many guest and wehad to eat our dinner in a smal gangway where doors were open in both ends very cold and windy because of the party no parking availability within 200 meter and high music

The bed is very soft. Had a backache after 2 nights because the middle of bed slouched totally. Also, the reception didn't bother to tell us the charges for breakfast n simply said where breakfast will be almost like it was included in the room rates. That's rather misleading.

I like the room & toilet. Very clean.

We had problems when we checked in - I booked two rooms with booking.com and the receptionist could only see one room in my name. My husband and son had to sleep in a single room only to find out that there were two rooms under my booking number and the receptionist didn't look properly. This mistake and the very bad night for my family members was recified with breakfast free of charge. Unfortunately my husband who is vegan could only eat breadrolls with jam as they didn't have very basic oats. There are oats in a jar in the breakfast area on a shelf but when we took it down we were told that it's decoration! My husband doesn't want to eat things my daughter is allergic to which includes nuts, fruits, seeds. That's why his breakfast was very restricted. When I had a chat with the receptionist I pointed out that it's quite funny that the hotel's restaurant NOA is the only vegan restaurant in that area but they don't even have oats for breakfast. He found it odd, too. Anyway, I thought - hey, maybe someone will go to the supermarket to buy a pack of oats for 80 cents. Nope. We stayed for three nights and good customer service would have been a cheap pack of oats. It would have made my husband's day. I actually went to buy a pack for him. The hotel itself is nice but if you're from the UK don't expect a safe or water kettle in the room.

The breakfast is fantastic for people without any dietary requirements.

it was very warm in the hallways, so we had the window completely open a lot to make it cooler. That was a bit of a waste in my opinion.

Very friendly staff, comfortable beds, very clean. Absolute amazing stay we had!
