The price for the breakfast had not yet been updated online when I stayed there, so I payed more than expected. The bed I had was not in a good condition- two deep pockets where everyone else had laid, but I was a solo traveler so I kept rolling into their holes, and trying to sleep between them felt like laying on a bar. The coffee machine and kettle didn’t look so clean, so I cleaned before use. Some dusting on walls and other areas would be good. There was also clicking at the end of the day which came from the wall behind the bed- I brought it up with the front desk and it seems like it is a normal thing in all of their rooms because of the design with the heated plastic that is then cooling and warping. This made it difficult to sleep. In the middle of the night, sirens also went off a couple nights at Rewe, which woke me up. Car alarms on other nights also went off. The tile floor section with the bathroom was cold. I was told bathrobes were provided at the Sauna but none were there when I arrived, only towels, so this was another delay. The Sauna showers were really out of shape- spigots not working, water coming out of the side of the ceiling rather than the rainshower metal sheet, and I suppose lots of poor ventilation and water damage means paint peeling and general disrepair. The outside area where you can quickly cool off between sauna sessions smelled terribly and was clearly a favorite place for the pigeons. Would be nice to be able to screen mirror our devices onto the tv.

Good location, liked that there was a Sauna (thought it was not on when I went to use it and then I had to wait for someone to turn it on and warm up, which didn’t fit well in my schedule sadly). The breakfast was good. Glad there was parking onsite and it was across a pavilion from Rewe. Love having a nespresso and a kettle in my rooms.

Very slow elevator

Most excellent b'fast! Great soundproofing - they were setting up a market on the square at 3am and with the door/window open it was a racket but with the door/window closed I could not hear a thing.

I came late during the night. It was not clearly marked how to enter hotel, where to enter parking and I had to make some investigation in the middle of the night to discover all this. Also door to enter hotel were locked and not marked as a hotel entrance. Some lady opened a door but was suspicious am I guest or not. So, all in all it was a bit confusing but at the end everything went fine.

This property could use a little sprucing up. Carpets in rooms are worn & in need of cleaning. No bathrobes in rooms for the spa. No drinking water in spa. Everything just looks a little tired & shabby.

Desk staff should smile more, not as friendly or welcoming. No english speaking channels available such as BBC.

Location is perfect for walking to my office. Manager (Paula) assisted me with airport transportation which was wonderful.

The AC was too strong. Even when I turned it down to 26 degrees, the room still felt cold. Reception was rarely at the front desk, had to wait for 10-15 minutes every time

Everything was excellent except that the air conditioning was not working and a couple days were quite warm. I will be back for sure. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful! Location is excellent near many restaurants and shopping.

The shower was just a shower head with no wall mount. Also, it was not enclosed, so you get cold while trying to shower.

The atmosphere was wonderful. The bed was extremely comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

We brought our own small fans because (like most European hotels) the room was a bit stuffy. Opening a window lets in too much street noise. Our own fans made it perfect!

Very comfortable bed. The room was nicely organized and provided all amenities that we wanted or needed. Very good downtown location and easy parking made it perfect for our evening!

As a vegan there was absolutely nothing for me to eat and 15 euro is too much to pay for chia pudding and a peanut butter and jelly sandwich for breakfast. The dinner staff didn't know of vegan options but did try to accommodate or understand. This is not very appealing for a modern hotel.

The hotel and staff were absolutely wonderful and always very friendly and accommodating. Great customer service.
