First. the sauna booking was canceled 2 weeks before the visit. our only search criteria was a sauna and we lost it due to the fault of the hotel. we would never choose this hotel. where there is a beautiful view of the mountains, many hotels and few with saunas. And because money was already taken we had no oportunity just to stay there. We are very upset. Second. We had to pay Town taxes with 7€ and nobody bovered to inform about that...it is not in Hotels description. There are many other hotels that takes this payment free. But not this one...

It was not very comfortable to use the coffee machine as there were not enough available power outlets nearby. Additionally, it was necessary to pay a city tax (3.5 euros per person per day). This is not a problem, but it should be noted that when booking, it was indicated that all taxes and fees are included. In some other accommodations in this city, booking offers specify that the city tax is charged separately. I think it would be fair to indicate this for the accuracy of providing information.

The hotel is very conveniently located, not far from the Rupertus thermal baths and the city center. The breakfast was delicious and filling. The room was cosy and clean. We had a great time. It was nice to find an Amazon Echo in the room. The staff at the reception was very friendly. Thank you for providing a discount voucher for the thermal baths, even though we arrived before the designated check-in time.

It was a little bit too warm and there is no AC in the room. There was a fan though I must say that.

Parking is a challenge - we failed to reserve the 9 euro parking in advance and had to park to railway station som 400m away.

Proper coffee in the room was nice. Location next to garden is lovely.

This hotel was faultless. It is situated in a prime location in beautiful Bad Reichenhall, adjacent to the Royal Spa gardens. A 4 - 5 minute walk through the gardens takes you to the centre of town. A 4 - 5 minute walk in the other direction takes you to the railway station, handy for a trip to nearby Salzburg. We found all the staff to be friendly and welcoming. Reception couldn't do enough to help. A truly excellent breakfast was served every day - cereals, yoghurts, fruit, bacon & eggs, ham, cheese, chocolate cake and English Breakfast Tea! The rooms (particularly the one with the balcony) were excellent and very good value. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable.

It was summer, so I was really missing the airconditioner. This was the only problem.

The best aspects of the Galerie Hotel were its serene location in Bad Reichenhall, offering a peaceful escape, and the friendly, multilingual staff who made the stay exceptionally welcoming.

The reception staff checking us in were very rude. We had contacted the hotel prior to arrival to organise parking. She said they hadn’t received it and said there was nothing they could do. I had to ask where we could park as an alternative. She never made alternative suggestions and certainly didn’t apologise for the inconvenience.

It’s was right next to the park and a short walk to the centre.

Booking.com wasn't truthful with their advertising, bed sizes were incorrect and breakfast was to be included but had to pay additional- this was not the Hotel's fault

Wonderful staff, very helpful and accommodating. Location was great as we were very interested in going to the park located directly next to the hotel and just a few steps away from the pedestrian shopping district. The best breakfast buffet! Large variety to choose from and just amazing how many great selections they had.

On hot days like when we visited, it would have been great if both rooms had a fan - now only one did. Otherwise - it was all good.

Close to city center, clean and friendly. Everything worked and was fine. Nice breakfast, helpful staff.
