Wonderful view from room across lake to the Alps. Good sized room. Appreciated own room heater - it became chilly in the late eve! Very good breakfast. Good supper at the hotel too Private parking appreciated (if somewhat tricky access!)

The room wasn’t very clean. The garbage in the kitchen wasn’t picked up. Parking spaces were so narrow.

The hotel’s location and room size were good. The bed was comfy and nice.

I didn't know when I booked it that some taxes were not included in the price. The dedicated car park is a bit difficult to use if you have a large car, however you can still park on the street for free between 18h-9h.

Several cobwebs in the balcony area. Otherwise, the rooms were spotless.

The host was friendly and welcoming during check-in. Both rooms were furnished and decorated beautifully. The bathrooms were particularly clean. The view of the lake from the balcony was splendid.

We had asked (twice via email) to have two beds made up, as I was traveling with my adult son. Only one, large bed was made up. I didn’t want to ask staff as the only staff were also running the extremely busy restaurant downstairs. Both our sink and shower soap dispensers were empty when we arrived. Our shower drain must’ve been clogged because it overflowed during one shower and left the entire bathroom in a pool of water! The parking garage was so tight, we couldn’t fit our car inside so we had to pay to park on the street. No big deal, just want to make others aware.

Loved the location! Beautiful apartment. Kitchen was good, stocked with coffee filters even! Loved our terrace 🥰

We were not made aware that the room we were booking was two single beds.

the view was great. The suite had a large balcony. The restaurant downstairs was a wonderful experience and the breakfast buffet was great as well.

overall cleanliness - maybe it was the beginning of the season, but for example in the bathroom it was not super clean - there was a lot of dust in the towel dryers etc

The terrace is a bit dirty but negligible.

Very good location with nice restaurant downstairs and within walking distance to the lake. I was able to enjoy both sunrise and sunset during my stay. Check in and check out was very fast. Apartment 1 is simply the best!

1. Little more care to be taken on cleaning the floor as we could notice dust falling allover. 2. For us, hotel incharge can make sure refilling the toiletteries eg. Toilet paper and handwash, both were over in a day of stay. 3. Car Parking is 5.90 EUR/day, not mentioned in property details but its charged additional. As like Spa tax and Pet charges it should be mentioned in property details and collected.

Awesome see view and location. The room which we stayed is on see view and with a very big balcony. The hotel is 8 kms closer to Neuschwanstein castle.

It was a bit inconvenient that there is no actual hotel reception - if you need anything or have a question, you have to go to the restaurant, which was usually quite busy. Some of the staff didn't speak English which made it difficult to get an answer to a simple question.

Spacious apartment with everything needed, well equipped kitchen, big terrace (we didn't use it because of rain). It's across the road from a lake - very nice are to walk with our dog. Short drive to Neushwanstein castle.

The location is absolutely stunning, right by the lake with a view of the mountains. The food in the rstaurant was delicious and all the staff were very nice and helpful.

It was one thing we didn't like - mattress of doubble bed was seperated in 2 mattresses, it was hard to sleep in cuddles. But maybe it is because we are from the country where we don't seperate the mattresses if we sleep in doubble beds :) .

We loved the location of hotel. Personal was very kind, we arrived after 9pm and the restaurants and shops in the city were closed so we couldn't get any meal after a long trip. The personal saved us. It was very nice. Thank you. The room was clean, there was a good shower gel&shampoo, pillows and blankets were good.
