The lights in the bathroom are terrible and those next to the bed make no sense. It was not possible to read a book or a newspaper in bed in a comfortable position.

There weren’t sockets on the one side of the bed. There wasn’t smart TV to watch YouTube or Netflix. Mini bar was empty. The room didn’t have Hanging rails. The service sometimes would come in the room just immediately after knocking not giving a chance to open the door, so they saw me naked a couple of times.

The room was big, the bathroom was nice, with a lot of mirrors. The service was always friendly and smiling. I had a birthday so the hotel brought a bottle of champagne and cakes to the room what was very pleasant. The food at the hotel was also delicious.

There were some small things that were broken or chipped like the handle on the fridge and some markings on the cupboards. They were minor and did not affect my enjoyment of the space but it makes it potentially look like the place is getting run down.

I liked the space of the unit and the way it was laid out. I liked the location for where I wanted to be within Berlin.

Room had a few issues (missing blind, bag stand, etc) so we had to change. Feel the hotel was giving us the most basic room, first level by the lift well, when that room had issues they moved us to room on other side of lift well.

Amenities were great, staff were very helpful, pool/sauna area was great in winter. Downstairs food and drink area was nice.

We stayed here on our honeymoon and the hotel gave us a room upgrade and complimentary champagne with the sweetest message of congratulations. Such a great hotel that is relaxing with the wellness centre (sauna, heated pool) and a lovely bar/restaurant area.

Spacious and minimal rooms while still warm with natural materials such as wood. They offer a Green Option - when you waive housekeeping a day in advance you will receive a €10 voucher for the hotel restaurant and bar. Wellness area is small but good. Hotel breakfast is good.

Could have more toiletries and tea in the room Pool area could be bigger as it was quite busy with children too.

Hotel is really lovely, rooms and bed cosy and comfortable! Pool and sauna was nice. Staff helpful and organised birthday decorations and cakes to celebrate.

The attention to cleaning and small details could change the entire experience. I think the hotel is very understaffed amd the existing personel are trying to cover as much as possible.

The hotel is luxurios and nice. The Christmas decorations and New Years Eve dinner were wonderful. They offered neckleces as a takeaway at the NYE dinner and it was a nice touch.

This is our second time staying at this hotel. The first time we were very satisfied with the cleaning. However, the second time we were not really satisfied with the cleaning. We generally only allow cleaning every other day as we try to be sustainable. in the course of 7 days, we allowed cleaning three times. In those times, we did not get fresh sheets at all. We had to ask for fresh sheets and change the sheets ourselves.

The location is ideal for us, close to everything we like about Berlin. The breakfast is also excellent and very diverse with fresh ingredients every day. Most importantly, the staff are fantastic especially at breakfast. By the second day they remember what you like.

Would be nice if the water in the pool was warmer in the winter. Portuguese restaurant in the hotel could have better food- appetizers were good, main dishes not so much.

Breakfast was nice but could have bigger selection of warm stuff- eggs, veggies etc. Stuff was very helpful and responsive. Location was very convenient and close to Kudam. Room was very big and very comfortable. Having pool in the city- bonus, although it’s pretty small and not very warm. Decor and design of the hotel- very nice!

Most of the staff were kind and friendly, but unfortunately, a few were not.

The room we stayed in was more spacious than expected, equipped with a kitchen, a large fridge, a washing machine, and a nice bathroom with a bathtub. The room was clean, and the Wi-Fi worked well. The breakfast was very tasty, and we also enjoyed the hotel's pool. The hotel is situated in a quiet area. Depending on the destination lines, it's a few to several minutes' walk to the subway stations, making it easy to reach the city center of Berlin.

Stayed here 22/12-28/12. Checking in was strange. There were two female staff members at the desk who seemed to be passing the time of day chatting with a couple for what seemed like ages looking at something on a computer screen leaving us standing there feeling awkward! Not once did they look at us obviously waiting to check in with cases at our feet. It just needed one of them to say we will be with you in a minute but it didn’t happened. Eventually we were attended to and It wasn’t a nice friendly smile that one would usually expect as you check in, it wasn’t rude either just a little off and unwelcoming! We were given room 537 a huge corner junior suite. This room in my opinion is absolutely not worth the extra cost! Yes it has a lovely big bath and a separate super rain shower. There were also 2 WC’s one with a glass sliding door that doesn’t quite close and slides open on its own if you’re not stopping it leaving you exposed to the world! (Very odd, who wants to see someone sitting on a toilet?) The other a proper private one with a fully shutting door I was relieved to find. I found the lay out of the room was just mostly wasted space and quiet annoying really. The large double bed was very comfortable I must admit but only one side of it has a table so everything you needed in the night had to be placed on the floor if you were the unfortunate one sleeping on that side of the bed! The tea making tray was hidden away in a pokey little hole under the safe so to make tea you had to get down to the floor to plug in the kettle. There’s so much space in the room just have a table in the corner with a plug at waist height! Not a single USB point or desk if you happened to want to work, just a annoying round table with 2 totally unsuitable low seats round it. All the seating in the room was actually really uncomfortable as was the seating in the unattractive foyer and bar area.

We enjoyed our stay at SANA, the room was both stylish & functional, with lots of storage room as well as all the amenities we could need. We also enjoyed the cocktail menu of the bar located just off the lobby. The hotel is walkable to the shopping district & zoo, as well as transit. In addition to our hotel room, we booked a multi-room for 3 family members, and they were happy with the room- appreciating the kitchenette and shared seating area.

The breakfast is a little pricey at 25 euros, but they do have eggs and smoked salmon.

The hotel is lovely, clean, and easily accessible by taxi. The sauna, heated pool, and steam room are amazing. We stayed in one of the apartment style suites and they really are perfect. They're huge and there's a dishwasher and a washer/dryer combination for your convenience. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.

Expensive breakfast, expensive parking - it’s waaaay cheaper just outside in the street in front of the hotel if you come for a weekend (Sunday and public holidays = free parking) our room lacked bathrobes although they brought it to us when we asked
