The underground parking is very small, it is difficult to approach the car

Nice hotel near Kudamm. Clean and comfortable. The heated floor in the bath room was a pleasant surprise. The hotel's birthday greetings were simply surprising. The prosecco and cakes on the table with a greeting card were unexpected but very nice. Many thanks to Sana and his staff!

Noting in particular, especially given the price. This is a decent city centre 4* hotel.

Location is great for shopping and exploring the upmarket areas in Charlottenburg. Easy access to the tube for getting into Central Berlin. The hotel staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was great. Comfy bed and quite liked the open bathroom but be aware if you are sharing with someone you don't know too well. Spa area was a nice extra. Small pool but not busy in the morning or evening adult only times. Sauna is great and good size, as is the steam room but the light did not seem to work.

The still water. The hotel charges a crazy EUR 9 per bottle. To be clear, the water is not from heaven. This was a little insulting to guests.

Staff were great. Hotel was very clean. Comfortable. Food was great. And location was nice - located near restaurants.

The cleaner left no towels in our room and we had to wait until we got them. I even had to go ask twice. Also, our body wash was empty and we had to ask to get it refilled. The location is OK I guess but not in a very trendy area where you can go out and find a lot of options around.

Rooms are big and comfortable. Staff was nice.

The pool was the reason I booked. It was warm but it was too small/busy to use.

Staff were great, especially when I left our passports in the safe and they were able to send them to the airport in a taxi! Rooms were lovely and clean. I liked that you can swap maud service for money at the bar!

Barroom shower difficult, Closet space could have been better.

Able to checkin early. Good location near Kudamm and Berlin zoo. U-bahn station nearby. Excellent Chinese restaurant very close. Fitness and Pool facility were excellent. Breakfast very good with good service.

Probably need someone to service the pool area more frequently in busy times to avoid dirty towels building up everywhere. And please enforce “no Children after 8pm” rule in pool area.

The hotel is very nice, stylish, comfortable, and with pleasant low lighting. The sauna, steam room and pool were so nice and relaxing. The staff were friendly and helpful. They helped provided a place for a zoom interview which was very appreciated.

THE FOOD! The restaurant was disappointing, risotto looked and tased like semolina. For such hotel I expected better cuisine.

I loved the room, apartment with a second entry without having to go through the lobby. The apartment was clean and the kitchen was fully equipped. Very comfortable beds. Generally, the whole stay was a great experience

Only thing that I can think of is to improve breakfast with an “eggs to order” option. (Low carb options) Other than that, the breakfast was outstanding.
