Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

NetherlandsNo coffee machine for junior suite room is pretty disappointing considering this property is quite pricey as well. Other than that, I was told earlier that I could park the car even after checkout time, but on the day itself it was not possible because the hotel was full booked
Jacuzzi is amazing, the bed is very comfy. We got a room with view to cathedral which is nice. Breakfast is tasty too

United KingdomCannot believe there was no tea/coffee making facilities in rooms ("only in the apartments" when questioned). Not a fan of the policy of room being serviced only on alternate days. Especially when leave bath towels on floor to be changed, and they are picked up and folded back in place - have to ask maid for new towels, at which point she doesn't replace, we end up with 4 - 2 used; 2 new.
Very stylish hotel, with interesting artwork throughout. Helpful receptionists, and great cocktails in bar.

SingaporeBreakfast could have had more choice. Wish there were sausages or bacon, and I was hoping for pretzels. But aside from that it was great.
Such a great hotel! We had a corner room that overlooked the road, and it was perfectly quiet. The bed was amazing and we slept so well. The shower was superb, push button to get the temperature just perfect. The shower with colored lights was also such a cool touch. It’s a 5-7min walk to the cathedral and the central Stratton. The breakfast was good with decent choice. We really enjoyed our stay!

SwitzerlandI wouldnt feel comfortable sharing a room because the bathroom door isnt a solid door but just a sliding piece of milk glass so it wouldnt offer enough privacy in my opinion but it’s perfect for staying on one’s own. I could hear the trains a little so i wore earplugs but to be honest im a super sensitive sleeper and the room was super quiet overall. I think in general shag carpet is hard to keep hygienic - my room’s carpet seemed super clean though. Would recommend for the hotel to charge less for the room service fee or state it on the menu at least. i believe its 7-8 euro per room service order.
Room was spacious, lovely, super central and pretty quiet overall. It was nice to work from the bar lounge while I waited for a flight after checkout and the staff were quite friendly and helpful. Design aspects of the hotel were interesting and I liked the toiletries provided. Bed was super comfy! I really would stay again for a trip on my own. Room service food quality was top notch.

IndiaThe hotel is absolutely fantastic. The decor is eclectic and quite gorgeous. Thoughtfully designed. I loved our spacious apartment and the shower especially. The staff is quite helpful, the lobby is great and the bar is a cool place to hang out. There are several hotels around and I researched a great deal before I chose this one. Hands down the best in the area. Walking distance to the cathedral and some fine dining places around. I’d book again in a heartbeat.
