Slightly dusty. Shame the rooftop bar was closed (the weather was beautiful and the downstairs bar is dark). Very close to the main station (great) but not the best area generally

The decor throughout was funky and modern and atmospheric. My room was lovely - mostly clean (a little dusty on some shelves) and wonderfully comfortable bed with soft bed sheets. Lovely spa facilities - fantastic massage and facial.

If I have to pick something that I liked the least it would be the (in my opinion) complicated proces of paying / reserving the safety deposit on my credit card. It worked, but seemed a bit complicated. However it didn’t really matter and the hotel staff is super friendly and I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

We received an upgrade to a very stylish Suite. The Savoy Team looked after us very well and even send a two glasses of bubbly up to the room for my birthday. We will be back!

Presentation and the obsessive decoration across the hotel did not correspond with the staff's behaviour. Staff did not appear to be the most friendly people. To be fair, they were polite enough, but a bit of smile wouldn't harm.

Airco did not work. Rationale was according to the reception that in temperatures like this airco does not switch on. Had to sleep with all windows open to have fresh air. Very uncomfortable since a lot of noise from the street causing a night not rested. For the amount charged i'm expecting the airco to work properly so we can rest.

The area

Lovely atmosphere, beautiful color arrangement. The bathroom/shower color scheme was fabulous!! Room service perfect, the staff was professional welcoming and friendly.

SPA was not working and there was no information during the reservation. I chose this hotel just because of the spa and that was a great disappointment.

Location and the breakfast was great. Room was ok. Cleaning lady was very kind.

Decor was a little over the top and light switches badly positioned. No coffee available in rooms. Rooms were dark with poor lighting.

Overpriced for what it was, including the additional charge for breakfast which was 30€ per head per day (this was not outlined to us at check-in)!! No amenities in room such as coffee/tea, and limited toiletries. Spa was out of order and this was not communicated to us before which is a shame as we maybe would have stayed elsewhere. Overall would not go back.

Decorated nice for Christmas and was near the station which was convenient. Big rooms too.

Robotic reception staff. Lacked warmth and customer care. Expensive bar prices and breakfast. Better off in lots of ways in the lovely cafes nearby.

Lovely, comfortable rooms and our family was accommodated in rooms next to each other. Good location close to city centre. Ostentatious decor made us smile!

Our booking stated 2 rooms each with space for 2 adults and 2 children but all the rooms only have 1 double bed so had to get an extra single in, argued this with reception as they said their booking showed 2 people per room - this took a while Pillows were too soft Could hear all the noise from outside throughout the night as woken up by it in the morning Location isn't great Very expensive - not value for money

The staff were amazing, very helpful and friendly. The bed was comfortable and facilities were adequate. It was in walking distance of the Dom and Christmas markets although a little further than I was hoping for

The reception staff treated the room. The water was cut off in the room’s bathroom, and no solution was found from the administration.

The bathtub was confusing, restrictive in use and dirty.

The room was comfortable and the location of the hotel was nice, central and close to the train station.
