Nothing - this was a really nice hotel in a fantastic location.

Parking was easy and the hotel lobby is accessible via a lift (downside parking is quite expensive). Reception area is lovely and welcoming. The rooms are accessible via a lift and a code card. The rooms are spacious and modern in a refined Scandic design. Beds were comfy. The bathroom is a bit on the small side and the shower/ bath is a steep climb - perhaps with tall Scandos in mind? The room featured enough sockets and recharging possibilities - a definite plus. Was equipped with a kettle and a TV. Aircon was functioning and worked well as did the WiFi. Breakfast was fantastic - there was a wide array of different types of continental breakfast available, from cereals to breads and pancakes with fresh juices and fruit. The location is very central - perfectly situated to explored the centre or the museums. The centre is walkable or if needed the U-Bahn (metro) is just around the corner (2min walk).

The only other area for improvement is the reception area. Currently, it resembles a hostel reception with a couple of yellow neon lights, which doesn’t match the rest of the hotel's decor and ambiance. Updating this area to reflect the modern and comfortable feel of the rest of the hotel would enhance the first impression for guests.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, just a few blocks away from the central station (Frankfurt Hbf), about an 8-minute walk. It's situated towards the river side, which feels like a safe area. This is ideal because you don’t want to stay too close to the central train station, but you still want the convenience of reaching it by walking. We were lucky enough to get a room on a higher floor with a stunning view of Frankfurt’s skyscrapers. The bed faces a large window, providing a breathtaking view right from the comfort of your bed. The room itself is modern, clean, and comfortable. The mattress, although on the medium-soft side, was still comfortable and acceptable.

We didn’t had a « welcoming » seeets as advised in some picture but I guess it’s because of the low price we chose from the app.

The view was wonderful and the bed very comfortable. Very clean and the stuff was so so nice and helpful , they came at 3 at night to solve a small problem with noise we had ! Breakfast is very good and I will definitively come back to it.

3:00 check in time is too late as normally all international flights land in the morning.

The Location is very Good. Near to all Tourist places, good resturants and Franfurth Hbf.

Refrigerator in the room is not refrigerator (not cold). And it was required! Hotel should rename this facility to avoid wrong expectations from the guests. Communications (chat, e-mail, phone call) with hotel were not easy...

Perfect location, very close to the main train station, but at the same time quiet and safe. A walking distance to everything. Nice room and easy access to the floors (many elevators, so you don’t have to wait or squeeze in)

Clean, spacious, comfortable, great location near the Main and easy walk to the Old City and the train station. Cost of room was quite reasonable.

Room with a beautiful view of the city at a reasonable price. Even though the hotel is huge, the kind staff makes it feel cozy. I would definitely come back.

The shower cabin leaked.

Nice room with great view over the city. Very quiet. Location close to the train station is very convenient. Also close to the river and, thus, ideal for a run in the morning.

To walk from the train station to the hotel is a bit of a disappointment. The area is quite dirty. This of course is not the hotels fault.
