The location is perfect (mid of city center, metro 1mn, buses 4mn), the kids liked the bunk bed a lot, breakfast was amazing (lots of options, all bio)

We were allocated a good-sized bedroom and bathroom, and found the reception and other staff friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for our purposes and the sauna / steam-room facilities were great. We plan to stay here again when we next visit Berlin

Everything was perfect.

The location is really quiet and also close to the shopping area, The hotel is very clean and room was also good size. Me and my son actually stayed this hotel twice and will stay again when we visit Berlin.

Very nice double room, bed was super soft. Loved the fresh juice maker for breakfast. The hotel is in walking distance from Christmas market, shopping and restaurants

Nothing to clean the gym equipment with. Asking people to use a towel is right, but you still need to clean after and there is nothing provided to do so. It was cold in the room. I turned the heat to max to not be chilly but that didn't help. It wasn't very clean, a lot of dust, you could see the room only gets a fast cleanup with the obvious places but it's not thorough.

Friendly and helpful staff, especially the young 'kamerad' at the breakfast room who runs around for help with a positive attitude and the night shift reception staff who provided ice cubes for injury. Location is very good. Breakfast is rich and tasty. Our room was spacious and bright.

The bathroom was small. Especially given I had crutches which made using a bathroom with a slight step more difficult. The shower space was a good size but the sink and toilet space really small. (Btw: I ack that I went for a standard double room, I still expected less cramped bathroom, would have been okay , but with crutches it was difficult)

Clean. Modern hotel. The breakfast was superb. Lots of variety. The hotel was easy to find and get a taxi to. The reception were very friendly and they even have left over cutlery in case you decide to take away in the evening. The room was modern and clean.

I paid extra to upgrade to a double room but then was told after i pad the money over that a single room had a free mini bar. Couple of other minor niggles but the location is superb. 50 metres behind Ka de We .

Nothing at all. At this price point, the Scandic provides everything I expect and more. So - nothing to complain about.

I stayed here for the second time, and this time I had a slightly bigger room. Very comfortable and clean, and certainly spaceous enough for me - would also have been OK for a short stay with my partner. Breakfast is exceptional for the price, including an option to make one's own smoothies and waffles. Normally I don't have breakfast in Hotels because it's almost never worth the price, but here I don't fail to book it.

Big comfortable single bed, great room equipment, minibar without extra charge, good variety of breakfast, booking option with/without refund, small shop at reception with basic travel needs
