Nothing. We stayed during the off-season. This meant it was too cold to swim in the lake and enjoy some of the activities.

It was located in a nature area. There were plenty of hiking trails nearby. It was a short drive to the Olympic stadium and train stations. Everything was very clean and all of the workers were friendly.

The restaurant had not many choices of food. I had a steak which was not fresh and not well prepared. The food was not good at all in general.

The staff was super friendly and the place was beautiful.

Terrible check in. The young man at the reception could not care less, could hardly speak or look at the guests. It was not personal though, we noticed it too by the couple before us.

Nice location in woods on a lake shore. Good breakfasts and dinners in the hotel restaurant. There is a public transport to the city (didn't use). Free parking. Easy connection to the shopping areas and city centre.

All signs and notes are in German. Is understandable as over 90% of the clients are German but, as long as the hotel is on Booking.com and open to foreigners, some English signs will be really helpful. To know to hang the sign on the door if you need fresh towels, for example... Also the menu on the restaurant is only in German.

Excellent location. Good coffee. Nice and helpful staff; even if some of them don't speak English, they tried their best.

It would be nice if the rooms had a hot water boiler or a coffee machine.

The staff were very nice. My room was medium sized- and it was perfect for me. Beautiful lake view with balcony. It is modest but clean and organized. Eating area also very nice.

I did not order breakfast in booking,com but told the reception staff (lady with eastern european accent) that I would like to take breakfast when I arrived. She told me it is 10 EUR. Later, when I paid I was charged 15 EUR. The lady said, this is the price for non-booked breakfast. This was disappointing and I recommend the management to give staff better training with regard to the pricing of any extras. Quoting first 10 EUR and then charging 15 EUR is not acceptable, at the end I had to pay for it, because I had no proof for the first wrong quotation of the staff. There was a fire from a nearby munition deposit at that time. Road was open for hotel guests but no bus. Had to walk 30 minutes to next bus station off that access road to hotel. But this does not fall under responsibility of hotel

A great unique hotel at a lake, perfect for walking, jogging or swimming nearby. Don;t miss the breakfast on terrace with sea-view. Rooms are very modern, cozy, nice balcony. With that offer, I did not have the sea-view but even the rooms with forest view are nice. Wifi was good, hotel reception is staffed. There is a bus to hotel, but only hourly service during the week, half-hourly during weekend

The hotel must have been state of the art when it was built, it must have been highest standard - and still is nice. However, the wear and tear is obvious. An easy example, it is advertised that the windows have mosquito nets - but in my room there were several wholes in it. The staff was very friendly - but there was too few people working. Not fit for business travel. I had to wait more than 10 minutes for coffee and ended up not really having breakfast because eventually I had to leave. And checkout took a while - even though my bill was already paid.

The location is incredible, directly by the lake. The restaurant - where breakfast is served - also has a lovely view.
