No bottled water in room so we had to drink from tap water which was good. No coffee/tea in room. For the price this should have been provided as waking up without coffee/tea is always difficult.

Excellent rooms, really clean, bathroom spotless. Bed very comfortable, Easy access. very quiet. Breakfast was incredible good quality with local jams, honey, fresh breads etc. Palace itself was in very good condition and the ballrooms in excellent upkeep.

No elevator and no nearby restaurants - only the estate restaurant . Need a car to access property .

I was on the 2nd floor and I couldn’t connect to the wifi. The rest of my group were on the 1st floor and some of them couldn’t connect either.

A beautiful castle with stunning gardens. The rooms are comfortable, spacious and well-equipped. They look just like the pictures, if not better. The facilites are well-kept. The breakfast is pretty generous.

It was the cleanest hotel/apartment we’ve ever stayed. A brand new carpet which was thoroughly cleaned. We were able to take our shoes off before entering the room as there was a tiled entrance hall. The bathroom was spotless. The interior was very chic and modern but very at home. We used the kitchenette and it provided what we needed. The living/dining room with a table and chairs was very useful. The towels were fluffy and clean! The hotel staff kindly made us flammkuchen upon arrival as it was quite late. The breakfast was superb! The breakfast room was very grand and the garden was very pleasant to walk around. Highly recommended!

Moskito windows are missing..

Hotel has a great history, well maintained park and fresh renovated and decorated rooms. We come here since4 years and this has been our best experience.

There was no-one at the reception on Sunday when we arrived. I don't speak much German, but luckily I could understand the note left for us, otherwise I wouldn't have known what to do. The self-catering facilities were very basic.

The hotel looked freshly decorated and the room was stylish and comfortable. The breakfast room was amazing, with a view over the park. The breakfast staff were very friendly and helpful. Gluten-free items were available as requested. The room was quiet and overlooked greenery.

We stopped for a one-night stay along our route and were pleasantly surprised to find such a nice and comfortable place to stay. The room was newly renovated, with all amenities provided. We chose to add breakfast in the morning, which certainly didn't disappoint. A slice of home-made pie topped off this great and unexpected stay!

Everything about the stay was just amazing. Checking in later was no problem, room was so nice and the service from both the reception and the kitchen staff was outstanding. We will definitely be coming back!

It had a full kitchen with dishes and utensils, a bathroom with a tub that looked recently remodeled. The bedroom was large with a desk and small sofa.

I did not like the plastic covering on the bed which was uncomfortable and noisy to sleep on. The lady at the check-info promised me 3 times to check on the ability to charge my EV. We chose this hotel due to the EV charging capability. She said the owner was charging his car and that she would check with him about moving his car, but the three times I went back she said she had forgotten about that. It was like something out of a Mel Brooks movie. I asked for 2 beers to bring to my room, and she gave me to warm beers. I asked if she didn't have any cold ones, and she said "oh sure" but looked at me like asking for a cold beer was a strange request. She exchanged them no problem, but the experience was bizarre.

The small window in the room barely gave enough daylight. We had to turn on the lights inside even on a bright sunny day. Wifi did not work properly. You could only connect briefly before it broke off and did not let you reconnect after that. We arrived late evening so we had to wait until the next morning to contact reception about the issue. When mentioned we were told they are aware of the issue and there is "just nothing you can do about it". A simple repeater of some sort would surely do the trick, but it does not seem to bother the host enough. The garden area might be big, but either was not quite ready for visitors yet (although we had our stay end of May) or it is already neglected for quite a while, which is unfortunate, as it could have been a major plus for this place.

The room itself was very cozy and beautifully designed. In the evening especially it was a great place to get into. Kitchenette was a plus and everything was very clean. The overall aesthetics were really soothing and relaxing and made the stay more enjoyable.

The room was very cold when we came. We needed to wait until it was fully warmed up. It was very unpleasant. Other claims I have it that the charging of my electric car was poor. We made the reservation for it, but the owner of the property came and said he need to charge his car now. We need to 2x times unconnect our car. This is a very bad experience with have with this hotel. Even stuff was nice, this is unaccetable.

The breakfast was very good. We enjoyed it. The room and bathroom were clear.
