The breakfast could be improved a bit with hot egg dishes made on request. The beds were too soft for our liking. The EV chargers are often blocked by cars not charging, and the parking spaces are very narrow, which won’t be a problem if people would care about not blocking even 2 spaces with a not charging car. (Be aware that there is a secondary building, so you not necessarily will be hosted in the main. You have to get the keys from the restaurant in the main building.)

Nice and clean hotel. They have their own parking lot with EV charging. The staff were very nice and polite. The hotel is very close to Kristall Therme. The room is well equipped with kitchenette and very spacious. The breakfast was okay.

The room was very small and a bit dated. Customer service is a bit eccentric and while the food in the restaurant was nice, it took a long time to get served, get the bill etc.

Great location a few minutes’ walk from the station and the town centre. Hotel has some rustic charm and I enjoyed nice views from my room of the stunning mountain scenery. It was reasonably priced compared to other hotels in Kochel in high season.

Reception area not manned. One has to to gonto the restaurant. The receptionist could be nicer and friendlier.

Big room, good quality and viarety of food at breakfast an dinner (in restaurant). Located 5 min walking from trainstation and 15 minutes walking to the beautifull lake (wellness spa). Staff willing and able to find a solution by overbooked situation.

We liked it a lot, the accommodation itself, the breakfast...good starting point for all the visits in the region and there is a lot to see. Gas station and supermarket nearby, also the lake and the wellness. Plenty of parking lots.

Easy to find, just off the main road, nevertheless very quite. Big, comfortable room. Plenty of parking places right in front of the building. Very good breakfast.

Hotel room in the booking-photo: a cozy full-wall window. Hotel room in reality: a small window under the ceiling. I asked if it is possible to change the room to be normal - no, you can't. Well, to expect the promised "mountain view" you have to stand on your tiptoes! I have poor health, I spend most of the time in bed. I was hoping that I could do it with a view of the mountains - but I only got a view of the wooden walls. Big disappointment.

I felt really comfortable Here. My room was cozy and the breakfast had a lot of food to choose from. I even got a card from the hotel, with which I could use the local bus for free. Great for solo travelers without car! After hiking during the day, I enjoyed delicious dinners in the restaurant every evening. Overall a super nice stay and incredibly good value for money. I will be back soon
