Beautiful place at a practical location. We managed to get recharged even during those few hrs that we passed there. We will come back here more.

The sofa bed was hard for our 15.y.o. to sleep on.

Gorgeous building and location. Fantastic restaurant, a must go to for those staying, food is delicious. Great breakfast. We don't speak much German and staff were so lovely and patient with us even though only a few spoke some English. We used this as a 1 night stop before flying out of Munich. Was just off the freeway. Perfect stop for us.

Lots of mosquitos, luckily there are mosquitos net on the room windows.

Cute hotel in a cute village. The room is comfortable with everything you need and it is spacious. Very nice balcony in the room. The breakfast buffet was excellent.

The Hotel was located in a quaint German village by the Austrian border. It is 15 minutes from Kufstein Austria and just a few miles off of the autobahn. Breakfast was excellent and helpful staff

We received a lovely welcome from the staff and upon receiving the room key, were shown to a lift up to our room on the first floor. We opened the door with a high tech fob that was also inserted into a slot on the wall to switch on the electricity supply (a good green idea). Upon opening the door we found that the room was spacious, clean and very tastefully presented and welcomed you across to a lovely balcony with a nice view. The bathroom was clean and bright and well appointed. Downstairs there was a bar and dining rooms. Outside there was a nice terrace and beer garden, where we ate our evening meal. Although there was no menu in English as we had requested, the food was excellent. The pork that I had was the best that I have ever tasted. What a lovely experience. Thank you.

The smell and noise of traffic. We couldn't keep our windows open because of these. And the room was warm in june. We really do like animals, but didnt know that right downstairs there were horse stables so the manure was creating a pungent smell all the time.

The room was simple and clean. Breakfast was good basic hotel breakfast.

Wifi does not work correctly (and GSM coverage in the village is almost non-existent, so you need the wifi). Mattress too hard to my taste.

The rooms were clean, spacious with comfy beds. The staff were welcoming and helpful. The food was delicious with a great selection and variety for breakfast and evening meal. It was perfect for our family ski weekend away. Plenty to keep the children entertained too with the play area and nearby animals. There were horses, chickens & geese! Good parking and WiFi on site. Great location to get to the slopes at Sudelfeld and Bayrischzell. We really enjoyed our stay at the Schneiderwirt!

i instantly fell in love with the inn, the people, the room & the tavern. The surroundings are simply beautiful! They made us feel welcome right from the start. The room & bathroom (beim Schmied) were sooo spacious, very comfy. We had dinner at their tavern, delicious & breakfast was served in the main building - excellent!! Something for every gusto, fresh & local. All around an amazing experience. We stayed there to cut our journey home from Italy into half (great location, right off the autobahn) & will definitely go back to vacation at the Schneiderwirt!

Firstly, there are 2 buildings across the road from each other - which confused us when we arrived. We happened to park at the 'restaurant' building and couldn't get in! Clear signage would be useful. We also arrived on a Monday, which is the only day the restaurant is closed, this would have been helpful to know upfront as we did try and reserve a table before we arrived - guesthouse was a little slow to respond and inform us - which was frustrating as we had intermittent internet connection whilst travelling before we arrived here. Luckily, we found a lovely pizzeria nearby run by a lovely Italian family!

Our rooms were simply decorated, very clean and comfortable with a lovely balcony to sit outside. The rooms were serviced every day with fresh towels, toilet paper, etc., and there was an lift, which was handy for moving luggage. The breakfast buffet was good, not a huge choice but enough to suit most tastes. Excellent coffee machines. The restaurant in the evening is excellent, a large choice of dishes, and huge portions - would recommend! Location is excellent, quaint town with pretty setting and surroundings.

They didn't tell us that the festival was on and they would need things out of the garage where we were told to lock our bikes. Without letting us know, they cut my bicycle lock to move the bike out of the way. Very disappointing as I'm sure if it had been an expensive BMW or Porsche car they would have told us rather than breaking it for good. It really spoils what otherwise is a very nice time in Germany.

There was a festival so very noisy on our ground floor room. Very poor WiFi. Nice restaurant except my husband got food poisoning the following morning

The hotel rooms are dark, on the street (in our case looking out at the parking lot on the ground floor), stain on the carpet in one room, woodwork is dull and dreary but clean, the bathroom and bed comfort were fine, but the room was depressing and the view was terrible (cars). The restaurant across the street, which is owned by the same owner, was good and our server was super friendly. This is a drab and dreary place. Try somewhere else.
