It's annoying not to be able to leave your luggage there if waiting for a later flight, and the check-out time would be helpful if 12 rather than 11. Also very loud in the early morning due to building going on diretly outside.

The apartment is rather dark on the ground floor. The shower did not work well. A bit overpriced for what you get.

Spacious apartment, one double bed and one sofa bed. The kitchen was well equipped. The location is good, check in with codes worked well. Nice seating area outside.

The bed need a new mattress.

Easy access without reception, clear instructions to get to the room. Quite close to the city center - only 2 stops by tram to Alexander Place. I used parking from Ibis hotel - 10H/day. The room is clean, with a nice view, all necessary equipment.

mattresses for domestic use (?) Usually hotels have a specific bed firmness that is universal. Here the bed was too soft for us, so much too soft that after a busy days in Expo and later exploring Berlin, we woke up in a morning with sore muscles. The mattresses are not air tight or the bedding is bad, so we were sweating in contact with the bed, even sleeping with the open window at +5. We have never experienced this before, on any trip. We think that something specifically wrong was with mattresses and bedding. The smell of sludge in a shower, going from the pipes.

The cleaning lady didn't speak either German or English and instead of leaving she made me use Google translate while I was in my underwear dressing. Also the cleaning staff were really noisy every morning.

The apartment is very well located, in walking distance of the TV tower, shops and restaurants. The apartment is spotlessly clean and it has everything you need to enjoy your stay. The welcome gift of a sustainable cup and ear plugs was really nice. The self check-in is great as you can arrive at anytime after 15.00.

Location is not the best. There is not much immediately around you (meaning you have to walk 6 minutes to good restaurants). Not a big complaint but we are used to more central locations. The smell in the bathroom was annoying.

Cleanliness was a bit lacking. Overall okay but we did find a few hairs that did not belong to us. Shower drains a little slow. The bathroom had no window and ventelation was a bit lacking. The bed was super soft, which to us felt very uncomfortable.

Checking in and out was a breeze, instruction were very clear and simple. The location is great! quiet apartment, close to both tube and tram stations. Shower had great flow and heating worked great as well. Beautiful and spacious apartment.

The elevator was always dirty (dirt, broken bottles) The entrance door glass is broken as it was last time we stayed there. Gives the entrance lame appearance.

We couldn't get the AirConditioning down to a reasonable level, it was set to 23 degrees. Much too hot when it's 0 outside! People in next room were smoking which drifted into our room.

Easy to get to by public transport in an interesting part of Berlin close to public transport and several supermarkets. Wifi was good.

The check in is way too complicated!. Some extra digits in the codes you get, that you are not supposed to use. Also we had to wait for the code to get in,stayed outside the hotel for a while. it didnt come and we finally found some number to call and got a very rude assistant. The hotel needs to get the message clear to go through the check in process before arrival, to avoid the mess we got in.

After we got in the first time, the access at the hotel was easy to use and convenient.

The location is great very close to Alexanderplatz, it is just 3 stops away with the tram, 15 min on foot. The tram stop is just in front of it, silent, big and comfortable rooms, they make you a gift! Definetley recomended. .
