The room especially bathroom were not clean as expected. There was hair on the floor and cobwebs on the ceiling.

The hotel is in a huge building that may have existed for a long time, but it's still in a good shape and well maintained. The room is spacious and was absolutely comfortable. The sleeping quality with the mattress was amazing. The breakfast, which costs extra, was really good and offered so many options, especially vegetables. Unlike the regular salad like raw paprika, cucumbers, there was much more.

Located not far from high way. Ideally for car travellers to stop over the night. Underground parking is available. Good restaurant with local food and beer.

It's too hot in the room.. but this is due to my habit of having a colder sleeping room. Would like to have a vegetarian dish in the restaurant.

Very nice service, they prepared everything for my travel with a pet.

Housekeeping barged in at 930am for absolutely no reason at all while we were still in bed (checkout is at 11am, and they obvs have a sheet that tells them when people have checked out). Bed was too soft. Everything else was great, the saunas downstairs are such a plus.

I'd like to have tried the breakfast but at €19 per person (kids included I assume since there was no additional price given for our 2 kids) almost €80 for breakfast wasn't going to happen. The only other thing I would have liked is to know more about the Sauna rules before showing up with my daughter and finding naked men sitting around with no towels (personally we don't really care too much but other people may). Nude saunas are totally fine but a warning sign (especially when they are NOT separated by gender) would be helpful. 😅 And it would have great to have a microwave in the family rooms but we survived.

Nice, clean, comfortable family rooms in a good location with plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The beds weren't too hard nor too soft, they were just right & very good for a hotel; we even extended our stay an extra night! Easy check-in, friendly staff, and pet-friendly. Don't let the bathroom tile trick you into thinking they are moldy, they are NOT it is just an unfortunate design choice lol. We would definitely stay here again.

However, the heater in the room is quite small relative to the room's size and is insufficient for warming it up, resulting in a cold interior. Additionally, there is no alternative heating source in the room, making it challenging to sleep comfortably during winter.

Location, is 40-60 min to Munich center, at night there is no metro or train to reach the hotel, because is outside the city.

Although it is located in the suburbs, it is well connected, with transportation to get to the center and the airport. Always have to take a bus to reach any train station. It has a good bakery and restaurant in front.

The hotel is well located near the highway for those traveling further. It is clean and the staff is welcoming. Breakfast is good.

The view from the hotel room allocated to us was particularly ugly with a view over some neighbouring back yards with rubbish laying around. I happened to see that the prices later in summer were hoovering around 200 Euros for a night. That would have been much for what one gets, but at only a bit more than half that price at the time we stayed, it was really very good value.

For a hotel of this size and given the price per night we stayed the spa area was impressively large and nice. There were no other guests there when I used it, and did not seem to have been many, so it was really nice that they kept the saunas and steam room on nonetheless. Staff was friendly and breakfast, while quite typical for a German hotel, nonetheless really good. Free parking was available just in front of the main entrance. Though not attributable to the hotel itself, but the fact that there were three nice-looking restaurants within a couple of hundred metres from the hotel (a steakhouse, an Italian restaurant and a Greek one) is a big bonus guests' perspective. My son and I followed the receptionist's recommendation and (against the odds?) chose the Greek restaurant for pizzas, and they turned out to be excellent (the hotel has a dinner restaruant of its own, but it was closed the evening in question)

Nice spacious hotel, 4 stars, convenient location to transit Munich. Very comfortable beds, nice blankets, warm rooms, own parking, in front and underground. Steak-house across the street. Shell gas-station 50 meters away. Quite rooms. Can be recommended for over-night stay.

Location was excellent, right next to a local gin distillery for a nice evening drink. Staff was great and late check-in is a rare plus for the area.

Free parking slots are limited, but can pay extra 10 euro to park in garage (which is not mentioned in the booking website). Wifi is not stable, it is strong in toliet, but not in the room bed area.

Bed is comfortable. There is no aircondition, but open window is fine. Okay confortable sleep

There was no airco on the room so it was very warm in the room(s) Although this wasn't told me on forehand, I was charged for using the parking garage. If I parked on one of the few parking places on street level it would have been free, "bad luck" is what the staff told me (as there was no free parking space at the moment of my arrival)
