All Good, if the hotel had a separate storage room for luggage storage it would have been great to leave the bags post check out and then pick it later

Well maintained rooms and friendly staff. The restaurant was able to customize food based on request for dinner. The hotel is right in front of the lake with good view. In the evening you can walk near the lake and there are some food trucks and events happening most of the time

Hotel looks & feels tired. In need of some extra care. Staff didn’t want to go the extra mile - customer service could be improved. Bed - mattress lumpy, pillow old & inadequate.

Nothing really.

The room was very comfortable, clean, spacious, with fresh decor and a high quality bathroom with a large shower cubicle. Breakfast was very varied (4 different types of yoghurts, fresh white and brown bread, eggs, bacon, cured meats, sausages, fresh fruit, cereals, pastries - as well as hot drinks) and was served from 6:30 to at least 10, which made it very flexible. The staff were very welcoming and professional. The wellness room at the top with viewing terrace was a bonus!

Lift shared by too many people, however the stairs were easy to use. We didn't trust the safe to open and lock reliably.

Excellent location for travel by train. Hotel was modern so designed with en-suite, air conditioning rather than retrofitted. Quiet. Good value for money.

No kettle in the room, shower pressure was poor.. One can easily miss the hotel entrance which is not very impressing looks like an entrance to a industrial office. Traveller Tip, many restaurants/cafes/shops do not take credit cards only euros.

Hotel was happy to arrange adjoining rooms, which were large and comfortable, very quiet even though this was a large hotel with many guests. location was great opposite railway station , however easy walking distance to harbour and nice green parkland adjoining the seafront where one can swim.

The chunky design of the hotel ruins a stay there. The architect was trying to emulate the aviation/airship theme but it simply doesn't work, such a shame; and not in the least welcoming, more like staying in a factory. The breakfast buffet area was too cramped and crowded with fruit and croissants not being replenished quickly enough. Such a shame as it could be such a lovely hotel.

I had never before come across the bath sheet sized 'duvet' on the plain bed mattress. It hindered a comfortable night's sleep. Even a simple sheet would have been preferable.

My 'standard single room' was enormous. The buffet breakfast room was run by very efficient staff and provided a wide selection. All the front line staff at the hotel spoke English.

The access to the parking was a bit narrow for a large car or van. It was also a bit confusing as to how to get there.

Felt dated and didn't really think it warranted the cost.

The location was great, and the hotel was a little dated. Our air conditioning wasn't working in the 2 rooms we booked, and the receptionist was very good in resolving the situation

Room was sold with bathtub, but the lid for it was taken. Room was clean, but smelled bad. Refrigerator wasn't working properly. Paying for the parking at the hotel was also not clear at reservation. So, I was a bit surprised to have to pay 15 Euro for the night as a guest.

Breakfast was very good, well served. Location was perfect, and despite being right in front of the bus station, the noise was not to notice. The room was absolutely silent. Very friendly personal, size of the bedroom was great, air conditioning working, the room was comfortably fresh.
