i was in the ground floor and i could hear people in the outside. when i open the window if someone is smoking outside i could smell it inside the room.

Room itself lacked a bit of coziness. The walls and colors look great but some of the furniture is up for replacement refurbishment like the couch and the bed. The kitchenette setup makes it less cozy. Relative small bathroom. (apartment looking garden view).

Fantastic breakfast, great location, clean, modern bathroom, kind personnel and a really nice wellness facilitation make your stay one to remember and one where you can stay for a relaxing longer period.

maybe a bit more cleaner in the room, fresh bedding. the Jacuzzi was out of order (we don’t know if it’s because it’s winter time)

The view was second to none and was great to enjoy from the balcony. The breakfast was very delicious and we were given plenty. The staff made the experience as they were very friendly and were able to help when we needed it. Will definitely be back!

Could not use master bath for top-level apartment. Was reimbursed for this inconvenience however.

All staff members were incredibly helpful without exception. Breakfast (especially the sous vides eggs) was really delicious.

Beautiful location with a beautiful view of the lake. Just steps from the front door to the walkway around the lake. So fun to walk down the walkway with the beautiful lake and the fun restaurants and shops along the way. Great place to stay! Loved our food though we thought it was included and left without paying😬😅 it was delicious food and great service! Definitely would stay here again! Great time!

The location is great, just in front of the lake overlooking the alps. Fussen and nearby attractions are easy accessible by car within minutes. The staff was lovely and very helpful.

Out of the control of the hotel but the public transport (bus) to the hotel from Füssen was infrequent so made it difficult to organise our day.

The room was very cosy and the view of the lake from the room balcony was stunning! Everything in the hotel was well done and we would definitely stay here again. On request, the hotel staff decorated our room with rose petals and provided champagne to celebrate our special occasion which was extremely appreciated. Very very happy with our stay at Seehotel Hartung!

Parking was a bit difficult but we managed, staff were helpful but communication was difficult. Booking.com advertised one price but charged me more.

The hotel appartment is giving you a breathaking view of the lake and mountains with snow, we love it. Near from the two famous castles and some other tourist spots. Breakfast is fair and the lady who are serving the guests is really nice. Most of their staff are friendly. We appreciate well the theme/decos of the hotel appartment, breakfast area is cozy.We are satified.

The reason for the bad experience was the way the owner treated us. He was very disrespectful and extremely rude. Prior to booking, I emailed the hotel directly asking about room options and never got a response to my email. Finally when I booked, nowhere did it state that the room is right next to the reception and is extremely noisy. Yes there was a balcony with a great view of the lake but zero privacy as it was facing the car parking (at eye-level) right outside the reception. When we expressed that the room didn't meet our expectations, the owner asked us to Stop complaining and literally said that we can leave if we don't like the room. When we asked if he would refund the money if we decided to leave, he said 'Absolutely Not!' I am extremely well traveled and have NEVER been treated like this by anyone, irrespective of me being a customer or not.

It wasn’t clear when booking that the apartments were so separate from the hotel facilities and that they would not have some basic things like dish cloth and soap. We also requested breakfast in advance via email but were not told until we arrived that the only slot available was 9am which was too late for a ticket we had booked. We would have brought breakfast things if we had known.

The wellness was not as we expected which was the main reason we chose this place. Therefore, I think it was also a bit overpriced for what we got. Otherwise the surroundings are beautiful. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
