Clean and spacious There was no reception, so the room key was left just behind the entrance but everything went okay! We had to wait for the invoice but for sure we could receive it smoothly!!

It’s not a super location, but it’s just the city it’s in…the room was great and the hotel is clean.

Balcony - it is not a courtyard view it overlooks the top of the garage but it is nice to be able to have an outdoor space. Noisey - They are renovating at the moment so some noise in the morning. A member of staff ( not the regular cleaner who always knocked ) just walked into the room one afternoon without knocking.

The apartment was extremly clean, bathroom clean and modern, kitchen well equipped.

There was a musty smell in the room when we first arrived. Opening the windows did eventually clear it, but it took a few hours.

A lovely hotel, friendly staff and everything in our room was spotless. The kitchen was also a great addition (and it was well stocked with crockery, cutlery, pans, toaster kettle, and coffee machine). The fridge was a decent size too. The location was also great - quiet street, walking distance to the city centre etc.

The place and location is not worst, but everyone have to be very careful before booking this place. Because owner/manager do not put correct information in booking.com. Example : before booking there is not information saying that there is no reception but a electronic-high tech communication (if you have always internet etc with you especially when you are travelling in a new country). I sent an email to manager around 14.00 on 8 November that I will come around 20-21.00. I was driving all day and had no internet connection. When I came to the door of the hotel, there was no reception. I had to call to manager/owner. It was a lady about 20.50-21.00h. She was impolite. She was shouting me why I was not contacting her earlier. Why I was not informing her one day before, why I was not chek-in electronicly and why I was not send all my details to her one day before ?. But I was booking the room just same day on 8th November 14.00. How I could send her info one day before and how I could chek-in electronicly when I do not have internet. She said : We dont work as normal hotel but with high tech-electroniccodes etc etc. She did not let me go in to my prepaid room while it was rainy and windy. She said, if you continue to talk, I will close phone and you will not be able to go in ! I told her how you can act so respect less to your guest who are paying you money. When I said I ama journalist and working with Booking.com since very long time, then she become carefully and open the door. I communicate with this lady Mrs. C. Koc. Perhaps turk ? the area was not so lively.

Room was new and services were ok, building was well kept and check in/out was absolutely smooth. Parking was perfect.
