Some street noise at night time could be disturbing. The doors make a loud noise when slam shut, and it might disturb if you try to get some rest

Room needs renovation especially the carpet. Smell in the toilet not so good. Extremely soft pillows.

We had a very large room with a large bathroom, it was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good and the bar area very decent. The staff were super nice and very helpful. Decent location close to the main train/bus station and two minutes walk from a tram stop.

The facility is below average. The bed is uncomfortable and the pillow is worst. The side lamp are different for one room. Entrance light is damage. The bathtub is dirty and after shower, water is overflow to the bathroom and no drainage

There's no liquid hand soap. The bed is really soft I couldn't move easily. I didn't like it when I saw one of the servers in breakfast buffet do some hand gestures mimicking how my sister eat very slowly towards her colleague. I saw it from where I was sitting. It's nothing really but I didn't know we should hurry eating our breakfast considering my baby is also with me.

I like how clean it is and the reception is so nice and helpful.

2 single beds were joined together to make a a double bed, the mattress was also not very comfortable, no complimentary drinking water in the room.

The property is located in a quite location not very far from Munich Hauptbahnhof, the rooms are mid size.

Pillows were too thin, cleanliness was average, everything look so old and used. Breakfast was average, every day same stuff, only buns and pretzels were really excellent. Really average hotel, there is a reason why it is cheaper then the others. For one night is more then ok but for more than that look elsewhere

Beds were ok, room was large and we had a good use of the fridge. Location was good for us but it is far from the center. We like to walk but just so you know.

Considering previous rates, we expected a higher hygiene level. Although it certainly wasnt the worst I've seen, I would expect better for such rating.

Hotel has a very good location near the centre of Muenchen. It is a smaller hotel and most of the staff is nice.
