Room ok for overnight stay on a long trip. Very peaceful location.

Unfortunately there was a street event that evening with very loud music, but we had to keep windows open due to the heat. No much parking space. We had issues as well with the self checking as our code gave us a key that was not for the room we were supposed to have, most likely because the room was still not ready even 1h30 after our allowed check-in time (which is fine) but we tried again keybox later and it was there but I wonder if someone was missing their keys then...

Nice location, good value for money, roll was simple but with what you need. Hotel is not too big so quiet, but no staff, everything is contactless

The whole impression of the hotel was spoiled by the fact that, even though smoking was prohibited everywhere, there was a strong stench of smoking in my room.

Easy check in and check out. Free private parking. The room and bathroom were clean.

There are more points to be dissatisfied. The lack of a kettle ! after a long trip. You must be unempathetic. TV does not function, only radio programmes. The lack of Wi-Fi ! Where is civilisation ?

New technology reception point. Therefore one can anytime be registered.

This apartment is not having air conditioning and if you go in the summer (as we do) and you receive the last floor (attic) as we receive.. you will not be able to breath!!! .. I think that it was over 40 degrees in a very small room .. with a very small window !! Of course the fridge doesn't work so you can get something refreshing.. The location should have a free parking but we only found in the second night. For the condition we get.. the apartment is over priced !

The room and especially the bed was not fresh. Stains and hair all over the sheets. Tried to cancel my room with a refund directly, by talking to the receptionist via phone. At last he told me he would fix for me, but it never happened.

The title was a con, as this was really just a series of apartments in the street with no one in Reception. The room was falling apart with the shower, hanging off the wall, but his sink faucet hanging loose with water pouring all out over the floor, nasty smell in the bathroom as well Old sheets on the bed - the nasty experience, with no alternative at short notice as on Business!

We found it difficult to get access. We were meant to get an email with a code for key box but we didn’t receive. There was no staff. There was no running cold water .

Rooms were not cleaned. The shower was constantly dripping. The taps were broken. Beds were very uncomfortable. We called the reception to change the towels and provide more toilet paper, and the lady was rude and didn't belive us that we needed more toilet paper.

I got initially the code for check in which didn't work. Apparently reception has send late correct code which due to roaming and while driving we haven't received ontime. We called reception more then 10 times, no reply. I rang on the bell, no answer. We stayed in front of the door from 10,20pm until 12,30 at night, stressed that we are going to sleep in the car. If it wasn't for one nice German gentleman who finally reached someone in the hotel and asked in German language assistance for us, we would've stayed in front of the door the whole night. We were so stressed that we got out earlier then planned running away from this hotel. Booking.com owes us not only an apology but money refund as well for this stressful situation we had to go through. When we got finally into the room, we couldn't open the room door, then when we finally got in after couple of minutes, light bulbs were broken, shower blocked, and there was no soap and toilet papers. This hotel shouldn't be offered to anyone on Booking.com. Other loggers had the same situation.

We waited 2 ( till 1.15 am, night) hours outside with a baby to enter, no response of call or what's app. Fortunately, a guest retured allowed us to seat in the reception. Hotel send us a Code at 11.23 pm via booking.com which deposited in Junk, we missed. We managed to enter room at approx. 2 am. I wrote to properly, got a terrible and threatening response from them. We got different room than selected in booking.com which was stinky, very warm, terrible 😔 bed was very uncomfortable to sleep with a flat pillow. Couldn't sleep an hour.

The whole place was bad, broken tap in bathroom. Pets in building, people smoking in ghe building while you shouldn't smoke inside. Worst night ever! Heaps of noise, felt like we were getting robbed over night it was a terrible stay!

* We had to climb all the way to 2nd floor and there's no lift facility * The wash basin was leaking water on the floor whenever we use it. * The property took long to respond to any of our queries before/during our stay

* The property had sufficient socket outlets in the room * There was a refrigerator and we didn't notice. * There property was clean and towels were provided. * Totally worth the money

it was freezing cold in the room when we arrived. we arrived at 2 in the night and the temperature inside was very close to outside (mid December, around 4 degrees). and the heating, nor the cold water in the showers worked! we went to sleep fully clothed, and undressed gradually as we were heating under the sheets with our bodies. like cmon, with those prices, heat it up a bit! in the morning - it was all good, they turned on the heat and hot water.

Everything was nice except for one thing.
