We were lacking a little bit wider variety of vegetables or salads in the breakfast buffet.

A very nicely decorated hotel, everything was super tasteful and clean too. The room was quite big and comfortable with everything you might need for your trip. The breakfast was great, loved that you can order egg dishes (including eggs benedict, royal etc) and pancakes from the menu to be freshly made for you. Their homemade green juice was super delicious too! We had a really great two night stay there and this hotel will definitely be our choice again next time we’re in Hamburg!

I almost liked everything. Except the service has still room to improve. One of the two shower was broken. We told the service that it’s broken and they offered us a new room, but we didn’t had time to change. They were just sorry, but honestly they could have offered something from the mini bar. For 256€ it’s quite a lot. Also the cleaning service should have report that already, because it was 100% beforehand broken.

I loved the kind of style, it was super cute, comfortable and really gorgeous.

They claim you can order eggs for breakfast, but after waiting 40 minutes for our order the waitress clearly had no idea if and when the eggs would arrive. The buffet was fine, but don't promise to deliver something you clearly cannot.

parking logistics: the hotel location provides no parking in the street, and public spaces are rare. The hotel offers good parking in a nearby garage, which is great. The downside, however, is that you can only check out after bringing the hotel parking card back to the hotel, which means that you have to drive back to the hotel, and park where it is not really possibe. A potential solution would be to provide a service where you can just drop of your parking card at the parking, zo you do not have to drive back to the hotel.

Slightly worn, especially in the room which conflicts with the standard and pricing of the hotel. The setup of the room is such that have to go through the bathroom are to get to the main bedroom/ area.
