The place on the red light street and it wasn’t clear for me. It felt both strange and threatening walking around in the evening. If you don’t mind this kind of location and environment, okay. But if you are a couple wiling to relax and have nice moments, definitely I do not recommend. The sex workers try to catch your partner as soon as they are alone. Uncomfortable

Matrasses are an easy fix! Sound can't really be fixed, but overall the noise of our fellow guests wasn't too bad, I slept well. I'd ve wished for a common area to hang out with other travellers.

Check in was done by a very friendly receptionist who had emailed us because we were late, so we knew what to do. We managed to catch him just as he was leaving so he helped us even though his shift had ended and he was very friendly. The location was excellent, right in the heart of the red light district but in a courtyard so we didn't hear the 24/7 music. Hygiene was good, matrasses were a bit stiff and walls a bit thin, but overall we slept comfortably.

A small table and chair in the room would have been nice and maybe one of two clothes hangers rather than just hooks.

Very loud music till 6am (probably our fault for not knowing what the reeperbahn was), but meant sleep wasnt good. Bathroom wasnt heated, so got cold.

Location was close to the tube station, so easy link to the airport. Bed was a good size.

A lamp or two by the bedside would be nice. A chance to fixate the shower head above was missing. Some repair to the handle at the front door should be done. Noise from water running through pipes was a little irritating.

We were situated in the centre of St. Pauli within easy reach of the Reeperbahn and the harbour. Though in the eye of the storm party-wise, we had a fairly quiet night rest, as the house is located in a back yard, and our stay wasn't during a weekend.

I wouldn't recommend this place for a family trip. It's in a very loud district with night life and adult entertainment. The bathroom was minuscule and it lacked shampoo and toilet paper. The reception is in another building and the staff wasn't speaking English.

The location was pretty decent. You can arrive easily in the city center with public transportation. Repperbahn is a fun place for young or night-life persons. The room was clean.

Reception service was great, but even if the room was overall clean with clean towels and bedsheets, there were clumps of dust in many corners. The bathroom was perfectly fine but there were some issues with the water pressure in the shower from time to time

It was a bit wierd to find the reception. we got help and theres also a map, but it was challeging.

It is in party street but a good place to sleep and u feel ok safe. reception is a little walk away tho.

it wasn’t quite as nice as the photos told us it would be. it was really small and not super clean. and I had to make some kind of improvised knot in my charger to hang my phone up on the wall and charge since there were no charging points next to the bed

It was unexpectedly clean. Good for the purpose of our visit: see Hamburg. At first a bit worried with the location (never been there before), but nights were quiet and no funny people.

The host gave me no instructions on how to arrive at the hostel. When I called the number in the booking, I was told to go to another place to pick up the keys. As I was confused and tired after traveling for 24 hours, I simply didn't know where exactly to go so I tried to call the number again, but they never picked up. I went to a nearby hotel to ask for help, where a friendly lady assisted me and called the host again. The host picked up her call and she was able to direct me to the correct place. After I picked up the keys and got into the room, I wanted to use the wifi, but I had not been given the password. I tried to call the host who once again ignored my calls. Not only had I wasted time wandering around and looking for the hostel, but I was also stranded without access to the internet.... Not a nice experience I can say.

The accommodation is just above a club, so during the weekend you won't get any sleep. My bad on this one for not checking reviews beforehand. Also, if you're unaware of the area (St. Pauli), definitely do your research first. You will see a lot of "interesting" stuff on these streets. Also, the bedsheets felt very used, and not super clean. The room was pretty small, looks much better in the pictures.

The price is pretty good for Hamburg. But only consider this accommodation if you're going partying. Read the reasons below. The staff was super friendly. But I really couldn't find any more positive points.

The location is directly above a bar, like you have to walk through bar tables to get to the entrance. If you’re out partying until 6 am like everyone else I’m sure it would be fine for you. I would definitely not stay here as a single woman.

I did not love the location. I would feel unsafe walking around at night if I were a female solo traveler. Also, I do wish there was at least one security guard on the property.

Staff was amazing. Loved the artwork and the vibe of the whole place. Food was reasonably priced especially the breakfast. Other visitors were very nice, too.

basically it was only a bed and TV in the room and it was quiet small. The room didn’t even have cups. the surrounding was interesting as well.
