The check-in is located in a different location, which was mentioned and therefore expected. But it was a bit of a nuisance during bad weather. A problem with the (quite small) tv was quickly fixed after a phone call (someone came over within 15 min). Subsequent calls were not answered - I had better luck with the WhatsApp contact given at check in. A espresso machine or at least a water kettle would be a great convenience & upgrade - I really missed having neither in the room. One also has to keep in mind that there is no staff at the actual hotel - not a dealbreaker in my case.

Beautiful and quite a big room in a lovely historic building. Loved the huge windows, the amazing shower and comfy bed. The room is quiet although located by a busy street. The subway is just a few steps away, which makes it a perfect location. All in all, a great stay.

No complaints really - a little noisy because it's right next to a very busy street with a lot of traffic.

The location of the hotel was perfect - very close to the subway station and the city centre itself. My room was huge and could have accommodated a whole family.

Had to walk 15 minutes to check-in and get the room key and 15 minutes back to where our room was located. Sounded like there was a party above us. Ambulance sirens heard throughout the night and early morning hours.

There was no bath gel or soap in the bathroom. Not recommended for older or injured people as it was mandatory to climb a few stairs to get to the room.

Good place if you are looking for a big room for multiple people where a small party could be conducted without much fuss. The building was well isolated from nearby apartments and had a lot of privacy. The room was big and was well furnished. The security is good as the entry is based on a chip key. Ubahn station is 200 meters from the location.

A few of the deco pillows were dirty and the armchair also. The shower was a little bit leaking, but we had enough towels from them to collect the water.

I loved the look of the interior. They prepared a lot of towels for us. The bed was huge and comfy.

The room was quite small for 5 persons but it didn’t bother us that much.The only thing was that there was heating only on the room with the double bed, so the other room was a little cold. Also, there was not enough closets or room for our bags and clothes.

The location of the accommodation was great. The metro station was 2 minutes away. The room was very clean and tidy. They gave us new towels every day! We were 5 persons on the room and there were 2 rooms, one with a double bed and the other one with a double and a single bed.

The room can house nearly 20 people and yet there is only one bathroom! This proved difficult with 11 of us. A fridge and a microwave would have been immensely helpful. Elevator is very slow.

You had to check in at one location and then go to your room which was slightly over a kilometer away. Not the worst but not convenient. I also lived with a family of spiders in the bathroom.

Great location and the rooms were very nice. The man that checked me in was very friendly. The bed was huge and there was great air circulation. Nice big shower with option for rainfall head or hand held.

Reception not at property. Bathroom to small for such large group. One very little bath for 8 people that can stay in the room. No separate toilet. Check out time confusing. 10 am on one advise, 11 am on another one. And with one bathroom/ shower difficult to manage in the morning.

It was very warm, but beside a busy road, so we couldn't open the windows at night as it was noisy. There was no air conditioning, so a couple of fans would have been great.

We were not informed that the check-in needed to be done at a different location (Steindamm 52, 20099) in order to obtain the key. So, before going to the hotel address (Angerstraße 3, 22087), you should go to Steindamm 52.

The check-in process is in a different location, around 1.5 km away. They have 9 parking places in the yard, but you are not allowed to use them. We had 10 lighting lamps in our room but not a single water glass. No fridge in the room. The bathroom is small, and the shower's doors are not closing properly, so you will have water all over the bathroom's floor. Walls are thin, and because of that, you will hear mostly everything from others' rooms.

It was very warm/humid/stuffy in our room. With windows open it was too loud, and could not leave windows open at night. Also, we had an issue with something going missing one day so I contacted property twice with no response. Also, I contacted property with questions about check out with no response (via booking.com). The property is pretty far away from landmarks and interesting things to see.

The decor was great. Cute room with two rooms which was very nice. Very clean! Near metro station. With windows closed, it was quiet.
