The location is central, but full of homeless and drunk people using drugs.

As soon as you go out of the hotel there are like 100 homeless people on the street of the hotel

The window in our room was not being able to close at all, but with closed curtains it was fine. On the floor were unknown sticky stains.

I likes the breakfast and a stuff at the hotel. Breakfast bad tasty and had lots of variety. And the stuff was very friendly and happy to help

staff nice, rooms clean, breakfast good. pretty good hotel and good price but DO NOT GO HERE AS A SOLO FEMALE TRAVELLER. IT IS NEXT DOOR TO A NEEDLE DISPENSARY. the street is so full of addicts that you literally need to walk in the middle of the road. loud in the night even from 3 floors up but we could still sleep. hotel good but we did see a man with a needle sticking out of his feet outside.

The area the hotel is in is quite frightening. We arrived late at night and had to navigate through crack addicts, dealers and junkies lying in the street. When arrived at the hotel there was no one there at all, so after 20 minutes waiting we left to find somewhere else to stay. Eventually asking the advice of a policeman he informed us that streets we were in "were the most dangerous in Germany" and escorted us back to the hotel where the concierge was now present so we checked in.

Adequate with reasonable breakfast. The rooms are large enough if basic. Our room was clean. The carpets in the corridors were quite stained and there was graffiti in the stairwell.

Location is good in the sense of proximity to City Centre and main railway station (all in walking distance), but the area is really bad (heavy drugs addicts on streets in dozens, needles on the floor,…). Room has plenty of space, but is very dark, windows couldn’t be properly closed and there is a lack of power outlets.

Supportive staff, comfortable bed and spacey room, solid breakfast.

The location is unfortunate. This place would be a solid 7. There were numerous individuals actively doing drugs right by the entrance and up and down the street.

The rooms are relatively comfortable, clean, and large. The front office is updated and nice.

The location. It was so intimidating, we were very scared coming and going. Would not stay there again and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone based exclusively on the location.

Price was great, very central location, good breakfast, grateful shower. Comfortable beds.

The people around that area did not seem good, looked more like a drugs area, which was being used publicly. It is not recommended for family to stay in that area.

The area is extremely rough, with several homeless people and drug users surrounding the streets outside. This was very intimidating when returning to the hotel. The corridors and communal areas of the hotel are tired and in need of replacing. The rooms were clean enough.

Location was central and was easily accessible from the main Station and therefore east to get around the city.

1. We saw bugs in our toilet everyday. 2. The rooms were really old had just the very basic requirements. 3. We didn't need but there was no air conditioning. 4. The WORST was the location. Very close to the central station. However, we were really very agitated every time we left and returned to the hotel. There were a lot of homeless people right next to the hotel because a truck was coming everyday to serve them food. This sounds positive but there was nearly no one among them who wasn't under the effect of drugs or alchohol. I had never felt so unsafe in any of my travels before. If I had read this comment, i would prefer to pay more but stay at a safer neighborhood. Decide accordingly!

The receptionists were Ok and the breakfast was very good. The rooms were clean.
