The accommodation is up on the third floor and there is no elevator. Not a problem for me but one to be aware of. Also bring ear plugs - the noise from the street below went on until well into the early hours.

Very friendly and responsive host, allowed me to drop my bag and check in early. Room was spacious and comfortable. Free coffee machine and soft drinks a nice touch. Guests have use of a kitchen area ( I didn’t use it).

The people get up a bit early! The space for your stuff could be shared more generously. Note: there is no lift.

Room is spacious with a very comfortable bed; quality coffee and tea provided. While it is not en suite, the bathroom feels personal and the balcony is perfect for sipping a coffee and watching the street wake up. You have a real sense of living in a place where people live. Netflix etc. 3 minute walk to a cool beach bar by the river.

Valentin was very friendly and helpful. We had nice discussions. Regarding the room was everything the way it was promised: clean, comfy and modern. I will definitely contact Valentin to come back. I highly recommend the accommodation.

The Manager, Valentine, is a respectful, cordial and friendly gentleman. He even let me use his personal card to save me on parking. Room was spacious, clean and well stocked. Nice little balcony facing the playground of school. Excellent good value for a very reasonable rent. Thumbs up all the way.

Very good localisation in exact center of Mannheim . Good comunication with railway station and direct tram to Heildelberg. The host was very kind and helpfull. Shared bathroom (for 3 rooms) was very big . Additional toilet . Very well equiped and luxury kitchen .

10/10, there is nothing to dislike.

Valentin made us feel really comfortable in his apartment. We really appreciate all effort. My partner and his family had a really nice stay. The whole apartment is nicely decorated and we also had free water and coffee which is a very nice touch. It is also very close to a tram line with a lot of connections to the whole city. I’m so glad to have stayed there and not in a hotel. We appreciate Valentin’s generosity.

I love this property, it’s the second time we are staying here! The room is neat, spacious and has a lot of natural light. The whole apartment is beautifully decorated and the bathroom is wonderful. Highly recommend it if you want to spend some nice days in Mannheim.

It was hot as our room didn't have AC and the weather was a big heat wave, but the fan and open balcony door made everything A-OK!

Great location and awesome host! I guess online it wasn't really clear that there could be other people staying in a room next-door and that the bathroom and kitchen are shared, but that didn't matter to us. The place was big and we hardly saw anyone else. Huge Kitchen and bathroom. Velantin has coffee available and some cold drinks are included. It was hot as our room didn't have AC and the weather was a big heat wave, but the fan and open balcony door made everything A-OK!

Bed is a bit smaller than queen size. The room is at abt 3rd-4th level without lift, so be prepared if you have BIG luggage.

Host is very helpful (even offer help to move our luggage up👍👍), room is clean with free bar. Spacious room and bathroom. Quiet environment, right at the city center, near to S Bahn, local market and food places. Oh, there is a very nice private baconly with excellent view.

3rd floor, no lift… that could be a problem is you have heavy luggage with you (not my case)

Room is huge and very well equipped, bed is comfortable and with a large Smart TV… I will be back again, I think!

Everything was perfect.

Me and my boyfriend stayed for five days in this beautiful apartment. We were on the city for work, so the location regarding our workplace was super close and the whole lodging extremely comfortable. The host is great and very welcoming. The apartment is clean and very well decorated, with all the possible amenities you might need. The bathroom is ample and very well kept. We loved this place and we will sure come back.

The internet is poor, you share the bathroom/ toilette with the owner but not everyone minds.

Apartment is well renovated (toilet, bathroom, kitchen), room is spacious and with balcony. Drinks (water, cola and some beer) are shared. Decent price comparing to surrounding tourist cities
