Very easy check-in and check-out, free parking relatively close. Nice and clean apartment with fully equipped common kitchen. We managed to closer ourselves out from our room in 2 mins, but could get help via phone.

We spent just one night, it was very confortable, easy to do the check in late in the night. It's a shared apartment with a few rooms, and shared toilets, and kitchen, but it's very good quality for the price you pay. It could also be confortable for a longer stay.

Very affordable place for a night, close to the city center (10min walking). The bathroom and the kitchen are well equipped. The room are very quiet (except if you open the window)

The key system was a little confusing, but simple enough once we arrived and figured it out. There needs to be a better sign to direct to the parking.

The place is comfortable and pleasant, the only flaw: there is no light to read in the room and the towels are too small to wash your body and hair.

Central location, easy self checkin and checkout. Nice, big, clean room, convenient kitchen, shower and wc’s. Homepage is very informative, containing all you might need. Use of app as “key” is a very innovative solution.

The radiator was set on 23.5°C, way too hot for me. The staff is very good at sending automatic messages but does not bother answering the guests' messages, even after days. Not nice. The check-in instructions are quite complicated, they just didn't work. After having sent messages through Booking.com without getting any answers and having called getting answers like "it's all good, you'll get your code to get into the accommodation before 3 pm", I found myself in front of the door at 3 pm without a code and I had to call the "reception" number to get my key. I had driven for 12 hours when I got there and I wished I had already everything ready to go to bed, just like I had tried to organise in the past 2 days.

Very comfy bed and soundproof windows. You can sleep very well although the room faces a large noisy street. Extremely well organized accommodation for short and long-term stays. Washer and dryer are super cool. You can also use the kitchen. The shower is the best! Handy and fairly priced parking lot. Quite modern building. Everything works with the magnetic key you get given.

While the online reception is a great idea, it gave it a feel of insecurity and extra effort in downloading the app. Given this, I‘d recommend this property to the younger generation.

Online check in was easy and instructions were clear. The apartment was clean, quiet and had good facilities. Large bedroom with plenty of space and comfortable beds.

Very good accommodation. The room is spacious, clean. The possibility of using a well-equipped kitchen. The bathroom and toilets are very clean. From evening to morning, it is possible to park for free right in front of the building. There are restaurants nearby, and many shops, including grocery stores, 500m away. The owner is very responsive, fixes anything wrong immediately. The location is very accessible by car. Beautiful surroundings, possibility of walks.

A bed table and close power socket would have been great. I am not convinced of the keyless access system even though it worked throughout my stay.

Excellent price, very private accommodation. The kitchen fridge was an excellent feature: lots of different drinks inside (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic) and you simply pay for them by dropping the money in the box next to it! So cool! Very clean and comfortable rooms. Great location to explore Ulm! Innovative key system :)

There was not anything special to pick as not likeable, even with shared bathroom everything was clean and in place all the time. Maybe just lack of furniture in rooms. We had the biggest one and had to laydown our stuff on the bonus bed, lucky only 2 of us were in it, for 4, there would have been problems with space for clothing and all. maybe a closet would be good because there is space in every room for that :)

Host was so lovely to greet and let us in in the middle of the night. We had some trouble with check-in, by our mistake so we had coffee and morning chat with the cleaning lady on the top of the building. (awesome view). Will definitely book again, and can't wait for the next trip to Ulm!
