The access to hostel is either through an elevator or through some faulty and very very dirty escalators. They could do better.

The hostel is located very close to Stadtmitte subway station. The facility itself is perfectly clean in all area, and the staff was very kind and explained in detail the functioning of the capsule. You are provided with a locker which opens with the same keycard with opens the Capsule. The Capsule was larger than what I expected and inside I found a towel, provided for free. The capsule is soundproofed well enough not hear other people in the nearby capsules talking or snoring. Very important: inside the capsule you will not find a power socket outlet, so you will a USB cable to charge your phone during the night. The bathrooms were spacious, perfectly clean and the showers had stead hot water.

It is not the most quiet place to sleep as you can hear doors of other cabins being slammed shut and I would try to ask for a lower cabin as it is easier to get in and out rather than using the steps. I also didn't like that that I had to keep the door open to use the charging cable outside and no sitting / waiting areas available.

The toilets were plenty and very clean and were cleaned thoroughly in the mornings. The vibes are cool and bed is comfortable enough. Inside are 3 light modes for each convenience and a portable table that you can either use for writing or eating. Although I didn't use it but there was a locker to put stuff in.

Maybe I missed this but it would be nice to have an option to do “room service” (switch mattress and bedding) daily if staying multiple days as pod gets dirty quick due to size.

Pods were great, very comfortable and multiple lighting options is very nice. Bathrooms were clean and good overall. Check-in was easy.

The problem with the coupsle is that if you are in the bottom you can hear all the sound from the top it’s kind of noisy at night. The location is good but the building is a bit weird and the escalator does not work

The usb ports didn’t work however there’s long extension cords for multiple pods as a replacement however you can’t close your pod doors whilst using this extension cable. The pod had a bit of a smell to it when you first open it however after 5 mins it goes away. The hostel does stay dark all day and night hours as pictured.

Very close to public transport, the staff were very helpful and friendly. The capsule was great size and perfect for a short stay. You get a locker (that doesn’t require your own lock) to store items in. Bathrooms were very clean also

The beds were quite uncomfortable and even with air con it was very warm. We could have also done with an additional locker and maybe some lighting near the locker too!

Loved the space theme, so unique. We would stay again. It felt very safe, the areas were all super clean. The staff were friendly and welcoming.

Well obviously you don’t have a lot of room but it’s okay. I think the lobby could be improved with more comfortable chairs and better lighting, but I think it would change the style of the place.

I appreciated the vending machine in the lobby because I found that most of the surrounding stores had closed earlier than anticipated during my stay, but a shared fridge would be helpful to keep the drinks cool.

The capsule felt very clean. I was happy that the shared bathrooms were whole individual rooms with their own showers, and the towels were included! The staff was very friendly, the price was reasonable, and I would stay here again. Great first night in Berlin (especially after a long flight).

The capsules are not sound isolated at all so if you are a light sleeper, other guests taking forever to check out during early morning or at night can cause you some sleepless nights.

Capsule. I know what I signed, but after two nights I got bored and couldn't do anything in the hotel. I was getting tired from exploring the city. For resting, the cabin was not good enough for me. The air conditioner was not enough for the cabin. Me and some others open and sit for enough air.

The building's entrance looks weird but the hotel's door teleports you away. It is in a perfect location. Clean bathroom and halls. If it wasn't a capsule, it would be a perfect otel.

I wished there was an area with tables where I could sit and open my laptop.

Good value for money. I visited with my son and chose a large capsule. It worked well for us except that the matraces could be a bit more comfy/thicker. We liked to toilet and shower area and the fact that we could get a new towel when needed. Very friendly staff too.
