Expensive breakfast (19.9 €/person) and quality/amount not enough for that price, in my opinion. Staff at the bar didn’t explain the system so we ended unsatisfied with the service. Poor customer orientation.

We enjoyed the padel and tennis courts, but they were a bit more expensive to hire than I was expecting as a hotel guest.

We like tennis & Italian food so the hotel was great. Although a bit out of town, the tram was really easy to use to get into town.

There was no kitchen equipment, neither jug kettle or coffee machine. We were 3 person in room and we have only one glass in the whole appartment (there was bottle of water for free, but just 1 glass - little bit funny). Swimming pool was disaster - small and very dirty. And right next to the outside seeting of the restaurant (a lot of people would look at you) - so we don´t use it at all. Hotel is also a sport club for local people so there were a lot of people who weren´t accomodated there. So outside it was noisy. But rooms were quiet.

We have junior apartment, which was two bedrooms and bathroom. Clean, well designed, separated WC, nice bathroom. Lot of possibilities for sport. Good and free parking. Quiet room. Good breakfest. Friendly stuff.

Our air conditioning didn’t work properly, so we had to keep the window open all night, which meant we were eaten alive by mosquitos. Our fridge did not work for the entire during of our stay, despite asking 3 times for it to be fixed or replaced. Maybe 20% of the staff we encountered were nice, but the majority were quite rude and did not seem to want to do anything re fixing issues with the room. When we brought up issues with our room, often the response was ‘What do you want us to do about it?’. The staff are more interested in running a sports facility than a hotel. Which is fine, but they are totally unprepared to run a hotel. The cleaners generally came around at 8 each day, they basically did a short knock (if they knocked at all) and then immediately opened the room and came in. It was a huge invasion of privacy on a daily basis. Even after the rooms were cleaned, different cleaners would then keep coming back up to the room. As if they hadn’t spoke to each other at all and marked our room off the list. We had a junior suite with 4 people staying there and they provided 1 water glass for 4 people. When we asked whether we could get more glasses for the room, we were told at the restaurant next to the reception that we could not have any more glasses, and that was as far as our enquiry went with the staff.

I liked everything!

Super friendly young staff, great location in residential area in Munich very nice surroundings to walk, run, sport actitivties, pretty "cabin-style" rooms very tidy and clean. I needed taxis every day and reception young girls a young boys always very helpful and professional. Very kind gentleman at the hotel bar preparing great breakfasts.

It was modern, clean and extremely spacious. The two woman at reception on my arrival were east to talk to and made sure my taxi finally arrived. 10/10
