The room that I stayed in was a complete mass because of a stupid man group... Every day they hung out in the room drinking beers, speaking very loud right behind the bed I was sleeping, and as I was a girl solo in a mixture room I didn't have the courage to tell them to go anywhere else. It is challenging to sleep in this kind of shared room when you are a girl traveling alone, in the end everything was fine nothing bad happened but I can't say that I felt completely comfortable and secure, cause with those guys I wasn't... A female room should be the same price, it's not fair for us to pay more just because men don't know how to behave...

The bathrooms were always clean, the breakfast worth the price, and the staff were perfect.

It could be a bit cleaner, and a bit quieter. It also can be a bit confusing to get into the hostel, when they have games playing since they allow outside people to come and enjoy the bar on those days.

The rooms were great. I stayed in a 16 people room, but it didn't feel like it. Due to the way they organized the beds, it felt like I was only sharing with 8 people. The place is great to meet people. Loved the vibe of the hostel, it really helps to meet people, and the location is great as well, super easy to go anywhere from there, since there is a Uban station right in front of it, and the bus stops a block away.

Only issue I had really is that some showers are very "freak" as in they spalsh water everywhere and the water temperature was a little weird to control (for me at least).

Very well located, there is a bar for you to hang out with very friendly staff. Beds are spacious and comfy and you have easy storage for your luggage and travel things there.

There were no soap and toilet paper for two days in the bathroom, but i guess i was staying in between cleaning 🤷

Literally a second from metro station, super friendly staff, clean room, very quiet even though there is a pub downstairs.

The lady staff with the dark hair at the reception was a bit rude.But all in all I enjoyed my stay.

No shared kitchen and no food was allowed in the rooms. No private shared area to rest/chat with other people/working remotely, including the reception all are in the bar. The pillows weren't comfortable but not too bad. The strongest shower I've ever used lol it can even hurts on the skin. The cleaning staff were entering the rooms making too much noise even if there was someone asleep. They also left all the rooms of my floor wide open at the same time while cleaning. In my room there was no locker for every bed, I had to change the bed because of this.

Location was perfect to explore the city. Public transport very close. Multilingual and kind staff. Good value for money. I was on the 2nd floor and there was no noise from the bar. WiFi worked fine. Very warm duvet. Curtains in every bed. Not the typical hostel.

I've been here before and it was much cleaner at my previous visits. For 7 nights they never changed my bed sheets and there wasn't a proper pillow. Shared toilets and showers were dirtier than last year. I don't know I think they are having problems with staff because some other parts of facility not working properly. For example laundry room was saying it will be open at 6am to 10pm but one day I checked it kinda all day but never unlocked. Next day I asked to guy at reception and he said "sorry looks like someone not doing their job, again" hmm I think it's a known issue. This hostel doesn't have a common kitchen, DIY cooking area, you can just order food from Belushi, the sports bar at the enterance of building. It's a nice sport bar but their kitchen was not working. So they were marketing all kind of foods on advertisement areas but because of kitchen is not working we were not been able to order any burger, pommes or anything. It was sad. Anyway, I believe they can fix those and I'll definitely come again. Think this message as a feed back please :)

Perfect location. You can walk to Alexanderplatz in a couple of minutes or you can just take the metro exactly in front of the hostel. Belushi -the sport bar at the entrance- has a nice atmosphere and food but unfortunately kitchen was not working. Reception and bar staff are nice but can't say same for housekeepers.

The advertisement was misleading, we thought there was a private kitchen, but we actually only had a room in a shared apartment with another family in the adjacent room. So we shared both the bathroom and the kitchen. The advertisement did not state this clearly, and we were expecting more privacy. Also housecleaning did not happen during our stay for 3 days.

We liked the location, it was close to transportation and other facilities. It was also very lively with other students living there.

There is only one bathroom on the all-female level, although not too bad, but it would’ve been nice to not have to take turns, also the basin is a bit clogged.

The all-female room is a good value considering the safety feeling and because it is a higher level, it is also quiet at night. The beds are very comfortable with a convenient night cabinet for each bed.

Staff had complicated demands when arriving and required a key deposit, which was a first in my 40 years of hotel stays ;-)

Booked the apartment -- huge room, huge bathroom, extra bedroom, lots of space, no disturbance from the noisy bar downstairs. Sparsely and somewhat haphazardly furnished and designed.

The luggages hold was over the top expensive and since I didn't have lock with me I also couldn't leave my valuables to the locker in my room and had to carry some stuff with me all the time which was a bit annoying. Other than that: it's a classically nice hostel.

The overall stay was nice, rooms clean, although a bit rough around the edges. The beds all had their own lamp and curtain for privacy. The view was nice and of course the location quite superb, I even walked to many of the places I visited.

There could be a bit of stuff in the kitchen - olive or oil, salt etc, and more equipment for cooking like proper frying pans etc. Coffee was not always added for each days.

The STAFF at the reception is great and super helpful ;). I spent a few nights in the room of one of the apartments, the beds were comfortable, and was quiet in the area so slept well. It's convenient to have a bar for food or drinks. I didn't go for breakfast as I overslept :D
