Curtains let in a lot of light in the morning which often woke me up. Would’ve been nicer to have had stronger/thicker curtains to keep sunlight out

The bed was comfy, the room was spacious and clean. The coffee machine & hair dryer were also very nice features.

Only complaint is that there was a window on the door which did not have a blind/curtain so it let a lot of light in in the morning. Personal preference is a dark room.

Fantastic quiet location between St Pauli and Sternschanze. Walking distance to plenty of bars and restaurants. Very easy check-in process. Cosy room with nice, clean bathroom and great coffee machine.

Could hear everything in next room. Minor smell of sewage. Court yard was very small, and not that cozy.

There were very loud noises, it felt like other guests and people on the street were standing inside my room. Every little sound was heard so I sometimes got scared.

Would have preferred a kettle to a coffee machine. No food available on the premises, but there are cafes/restaurants and a supermarket close by.

Nice, clean room with good shower in a central location. The train station is only a short walk away, there is a good choice of restaurants and cafes in the neighbourhood and I slept well. Staff was not visible, but could be contacted via mobile.

The bed. it was really squeaky and not great to sleep on, felt so cheap, like a clothes rack.

I couldn't find a way to open the window which prevented me from letting some fresh air into the room without opening the door.

The check-in and check-out process is possible entirely without human contact. I appreciated the coffee machine and the provided ingredients. The room is accessible from an interior courtyard and has an interesting layout solution given the limited space.

Rooms aren't soundproof at all, we hear other guests often at night and in the morning. When we moved the carpet (to protect it from our dog) there was a lot of dust in it.. So after that the floor's room was not good.

Nice place, the neighborhood is very cool ! Cute lodge, with à little shared garden. Bed was comfy. Reception help us nicely to find the door. It was a good night.

The external door is very loud so when other guests arrive it's easy to be woken up. There is no place to hang towels The toilet makes a noise when flushing it. The towels and bedsheets have holes in them.

as other reviews mention, room is very humid - but there is a dehumidifier:) and is definitely manageable for a few nights even though I'm quite sensitive to humidity! bathroom door really difficult and loud to shut, but fine as travelled with partner. our bedroom door itself could have been a little more secure but as I said, it felt very secluded and secure would have appreciated a bigger bin!

comfortable bed, clean sheets and linens, bathroom spotless with hair dryer. toilet roll, new towels and bin emptied much appreciated 👍🏻 nespresso machine in room, and good little TV and chair, bedside tables with plugs next to them - all really small but great things! on a really quiet street, and felt really secure when in the building WiFi is good too really well connected, within 15 mins or less of many stations and bustling areas, lots of bikes and scooters around the area to hire perfect for a few nights in the city!

The bathroom fan stopped working after only a few minutes each visit and couldn't clear the steam / damp properly. Also, the seal on the shower needs attention; it was a little torn and water leaked onto the floor. There was no-one to speak to about this, nor to ask for an extra blanket.

Central, clean, quiet and beautifully furnished. Well serviced with fresh towels almost daily. The shower was an absolute dream with endless gushing hot water!
