I didn't like not having any front desk. I did find help in the restaurant/bar downstairs, but the communication texts, emails were in German and I had to ask for help in reading them.

The room was bare bones. Two twin beds and a small desk with a coffee machine on it. They did have an elevator. The guy at the bar/restaurant downstairs was helpful. I got an email telling me my door code. The message was in German. I only speak/read English, so I didn't know what the message said. I had to ask the man in the restaurant to help me. So, now he knows my door code. It was a good location. We walked from the train station and could walk to the main square which was within a couple of blocks .

Seemed understaffed, no one on reception, rooms not properly vacuumed, dirty (or no) cups and glasses, service at breakfast rather a shambles.

Great position. Smaller but comfortable rooms. Lovely bathrooms. A nespresso machine in the room!

The location was close to the train station and also to the old city center. The room was a bit basic, but the breakfast and breakfast room was really nice.

There was not a kettle or cups in the room and the hand soap ran out on the 1st day - we let them know, but wasn't filled up. Seemed to be on rations for toilet paper and soap! No air con, but they did provide a fan which was a godsend ! Some reception staff not helpful and most of the time were not at the desk - we had to look for them to check in and then check out. But, all quite minor things ...

The location was good, close to train station (about a 7 min walk) and a 5 min walk to the main shopping area. There were 2 waters in the room every day.

Great location, 5 minute walk to the Old Town. On street parking free at the weekend was a bonus. Nice breakfast. Although the exterior looks traditional the interior is clean and modern. Good size room even with a sofa bed fully open for our teenage daughter. Lovely large walk in shower with shower gel provided. No noise from the traffic or bars as they all closed before 11pm.

Our room #4 as well as #5 are on the same level and about 10ft/3m from the Beer Garden at the same level and immediately outside our windows . It was our good luck that the Beer Garden was closed for the 2 days we were there or sleeping and privacy would have been impossible. The closest electric receptacle was at least 10ft. from the head of the bed - not an optimal location . The garage was left open all day thus the bikes would have not been secure unless we had them securely locked . After check-in there was no one at the reception desk at any time that we passed by .

Hotel is located quite close to the city center and not too far off of the Main Bike Trail . Has an Elevator to upper floors .Room quite large with large couch and comfortable bed . Bathroom large, modern and clean . Adjacent garage for inside bike storage .

It was a shame that no one was there to meet us at check in. Our welcome email said that the reception would be open until 10pm but unfortunately this wasn’t the case. It would be great if there could be a 24 hour reception. Even until 12am.
