There was a balcony to sit on outside for breakfast and the hotel was in a quiet area near shops and eating places. It wasn't too far to walk to a metro that went straight to the centre of Cologne.

It was a 1km walk to the cathedral but taxis are readily available for those with mobility issues.

Breakfasts were very good. The staff were very helpful and there is a well stocked bar. Although there were quite a few people staying for a conference the hotel was quiet and peaceful.

Elevator was out off and on for two day stay. There was an issue putting the correct soap and shampoo containers in the correct places. Hotel manager did try to make things right but the elevator issue no one offered options on how to get up three flights to our rooms

Breakfast buffet choice did not warrant a charge of 23 Euros. Bar area does not offer tea or coffee in the evening and there are no tea or coffee making facilities in the room. The room advertises a large choice of pillows but when enquired there was only one type of pillow available.

The rooms could have done with usb sockets as well as standard ones, we were very surprised to find none. The pillows are unbelievably uncomfortable. A pillow menu was on offer, but there was only one other kind available which also offered none of its promised support. Every time we arrived or left through the front door there was a group of people smoking on the top step and no effort was apparently made to encourage them to smoke elsewhere. A staff member made an error in our final bill; another staff member scolded them in front of us and we were not given an apology, only an explanation.

Nice sized room and the hotel is 15 minutes walk away from the cathedral and a few minutes walk from a shopping area. There's a bar downstairs but no restaurant (except for breakfast). Restaurants in easy walking distance. Staff here were helpful and small issues were fixed in a reasonable amount of time. It was quiet at night.

Hotel is walking distance from the train station (it took us around 15min max) and the cathedral which is very convenient. The breakfast was absolutely amazing. The choice guests are offered is superb!!! You can even make your own juice. The room (615) had a good size and was very clean. Quiet area as well but yet not far from attractions.

The corridor leading to the room had a lot of stains on the carpet The parking is not free and is open air behind the hotel with only a barrier not a gate.

I wish there was a mini kettle with a tea & coffee station.

It’s not that I don’t like but for me, as I am quite a tall person, I didn’t have enough space to exercise in the room. A gym would have been nice to cover for this.

The room was quiet. Breakfast was good. Cleanliness. Wi-fi was good. It is very close to the city center, in walking distance. All the basics were well covered.

We were looking for a quiet place, and this hotel is situated in an exceptionally quiet environment, at just 15 min. walk from the main railway station. We had booked an economy double room (18 sq. m., bed width 140 cm) but we were spontaneously upgraded to a classic double room (22 sq m., bed width 180 cm), which was much more comfortable. The breakfast buffet had a great variety and was delicious. The staff was very kind and helpful.

The breakfast buffet is great, they offer coffee, eggs, bacon, yogurt, cheese and pancakes, however, they ran out of pancakes fast.

The location is close to a shopping mall, 8 minutes from the Cologne Ice bar and 15 minutes walking to Centraal Station. The room was clean, spacious with plenty of outlets and lights. The staff were friendly and central station is about 15 minutes walking distance. By taxi, central station is about 5 minutes, so great stay for travelers.

Room fairly small. Would have loved a refrigerator.

Staff were very friendly and quick to take care of any issues. The heat in my room stopped working and they solved the problem right away. At the end of my stay they allowed me to leave my luggage at the front desk all day while I watched the parade. Would definetely stay here again.

Rooms were rather small, beds also not large enough for 2 persons (in Economy double). We had asked to book rooms next to each other for a family which was not done. Elevator had strange vibration/sounds. Low value for money, since the price for one night was rather expensive for such rooms.

Overall clean rooms, good location, only 10 minutes walking distance from the Cathedral, parking with electric chargers!
