The Reception staff were a bit busy - too busy to smile and to offer a welcome - maybe too much multi-tasking!

Good German breakfast in a functional, if slightly spartan room. Glad that we had supper outdoors in the square, and the food was OK.

The hotel is situated in the centre of Krumbach, a beautiful bavarian hotel, with a lot of details specific to the area. We loved our family room, very clean and with everything you need to feel yourself welcomed and have a nice stay. The restaurant is really nice as well, tasry food, very nice personnel.Highly recommend. The owners are very nice and helpful. Thank you so much for having such a nice experience at Stadhotel Kachelofen! Definitely worth the stay! ❤️

It was a too hot in our room and the pillows and duvet a bit too stiff to our taste.

Nice modern room for family in beautiful village. I liked the personal was still there for us when we arrived later then planned.The breakfast is also great!

Everything was great, and the stay very pleasant. If really have to move a criticisms, I would have loved a coffee/tee machine in the room.

The staff is very kind and helpful. The location is excellent, the hotel and the rooms are clean and comfortable. There is an attached restaurants with typical Algäu dishes and the breakfast is tasty and high quality

There was nothing we didn’t like about our hotel. There was an event next door which was loud and didn’t finish until 11.45 pm which initially disturbed our sleep despite closing the windows on a very hot night. It didn’t change our minds about staying next year and for longer.

It was our first stay at this lovely hotel and it won’t be our last. We only stayed one night and we were delighted with the room, it’s facilitates, the parking arrangements, the hotel dining experience and breakfast. We will return next year for longer.

Super-nice hotel with so nice personnel, they gave us top service and made it possible to have dinner at the restaurant even though we arrived too late. Spotless clean rooms, excellent food and drinks. Highly recommended!

I don't think there was air conditioning so that might be an issue for stays during the summer. Our stay was in January and the room was pre-heated which was very much appreciated.

Great little hotel in the center of the old town of Krumbach. There are 2 or 3 parking spots available if you reserve them in advance which was ideal for us. They even let us leave our car there after we checked out while we attended a funeral at the church up the street. Our room was modern, with a great view over the market square. We enjoyed the restaurant for our evening meal as well. Great food! The staff were all lovely and very accommodating.

Apartment was big enough for 2 adults and 2 children, very clean, nice furniture, quiet. Breakfast was very good and tasty as well as dinner in the hotel restaurant. Location is in the center of Krumbach, 25 min drive from Legoland.

Our final destination was Legoland and we stayed in this hotel for a second time over the last 3 years. We love it due to its location (just 20-30mins drive to/from Legoland), very good breakfast and super kind personnel, who helped me organizing a space where I could work for couple of hours. Also the city itself is very nice and close to the south of Germany, Austria and Italy.

The parking was charged 5 EUR per day extra, and this wasn't communicated well. I found out about it upon checkout. Also, a mini fridge in the room would be nice.

The bathroom was separate from the shower and bath area. I found it weird but also see the good in it as well. We had a family of 4 so while bath/shower occupied someone can use the bathroom. Therefore I wouldn't really say a bad just something different.

The rooms were very clean and spacious. We loved that the kids had their own room with bunk beds.

Family room was very small and 2nd bed was not comfortable for sleeping. The design of the bathroom and its door are not suitable for a family room.
