The walls are a bit thin, we heard the neighbors entering and exiting the house. Also, the door is a bit hard to open but when you get how to do it it's fine. And the wifi didn't work for a couple of minutes every now and then.

The location, the apartment - kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, the bed and equipment, the owners and communication were all just perfect!!! We could even store our luggage on the last day untill our flight in the evening.

Honestly, I'm struggling to think of something. One of the front doors requires a little key jiggling but it's easy after you do it once.

I chose this place because it was in a familiar neighbourhood—despite that, I got to see the area in a completely new way. The apartment itself is cosy and well-equipped, facing a quiet courtyard shared with some other buildings. The neighbours are friendly and helpful. You're only a few minutes from the Mauerpark and about a minute from Eberswalder Strasse station. The people operating the apartment were incredibly friendly and made my stay even more pleasant.

The location was perfect, so close to mauer park and the train station as well! Lots of really cool shops within walking distance as well. The flat was well equipped with cooking utensils and wonderful facilities.

I would just recommend darker and bigger curtains, so if you wann sleep longer, not getting bothered by bright light. Even its ground floor it gets bright (it had snow in the yard, so was especially bright) I had a good price (was special Januar offer) but if the original price is valid, it would be at high end for value.

The location is perfect if you wanna be in Prenzlauer Berg district.. its a nice typical 1 bedroom Berlin apartment, very clean. Very nice easy communication with the staff.

The bed was not the most comfortable, but fine for a few nights.

The location was great, near the Ubahn and lots of nice shops, restaurants. It was well heated, and had a nice living room for hanging out with the friends we were visiting. The kitchen was also handy for making tea and eating our takeout food off plates. It was also nice to have the dresser and hangers to unpack our stuff from our suitcase for the long weekend.

The apartment is cozy and offers everything you need: small kitchen with coffee machine and tea maker, hot shower, comfortable bed, small TV with Netflix and the decoration is simple and nice. We also liked the neighbourhood and it was easy to reach a lot of nice coffees and shops by foot.

The grouting in the shower could use some attention. Otherwise nothing.

The studio apartment is very comfortable. Although not fancy, it has everything you need for a short stay. The beds are comfy, good shower and excellent location. The neighborhood has lots of restaurants (excellent German restaurant right next door) with moderate prices and the subway and tram are a short block away. We even walked to the centre one day. It was less than an hour and through nice neighborhoods. If I return to Berlin I would stay here again.

We had good communication with Alex and he met us outside the apartment after we walked from the train. The bed was large and comfortable (very important for tall people). The kitchenette is kitted out well and there was a supermarket nearby as well as restaurants and cafes.

Extremely loudly neighbours - flat vis-a-vis being renovated right now (construction workers starting their noises at 7), floor above some little kid wildly running around and stamping crazily since early morning. Wi-Fi sometimes failed to work.

Very friendly host. The main room was spacious and pleasant. Kitchen well equipped - it had everything we could need. Bathroom, kitchen and the room were super clean. The area was pleasant and conveniently close to the public transport.
