Safety aspect transiting between the main train station and the apartment. One should be wary of the homeless people and drug dealers hanging around the area. We found it quite intimidating.

We ended up one floor above busy avenue. Recommend higher floors for less street noise but pretty well insulated. No a/c but great windows. A bit hard to find initially - very small signage. Bedding limited to a bottom sheet and a duvet covered down quilt. With the soft bed, harder to maintain a comfortable body temp. A top sheet would help a lot.

It was dirty in some places. The blinds didn't block light. The TV didn't pickup any channels. The door was a bit dodgy. Mattress too soft.

Nothing could really have been better, just few lightbulbs not working.....especially in kitchenette area where mostly needed. A toaster would have been a great asset!

Location to Frankfurt Main Station is great, 3 minute walk. Room spacious, clean and added bonus of kitchenette, microwave, fridge etc. Like the door chain for extra security.

Nothing about the property but for people who are looking to stay here, keep in mind that the location is great in terms of walking distance to inner city but the streets behind the property can appear to be a little unsafe or questionable but don’t let this deter you from a super easy, great value stay.

The place needed better maintenance; one of the showers were broken, parts of the parquets were cracking and broken

The crockery consisted of 2 of each of bowls, dinner plates, small cups, large cups, wine glasses and tumblers - but no side plates. The kitchen sink was missing a plug which did make washing-up slightly more difficult.

The flat was very conveniently near the main station, which also had an underground connection. The tram stop outside was served by 5 routes. A wide variety of cafes and restaurants were within a couple of minutes walk. The flat was dual aspect, so very bright and airy. The bed was very comfortable. The shower was excellent, with a good pressure of hot water.

I traveled several europe. this is the best hotel for me. when it comens to cost, this is the best.

I suddenly booked this hotel because of strike in the airport. The best things is cost efficiency and nice location to go anywhere. I powerfully recommend this place if you want to stay in frankfrut.

The apartment was ok, comfortable bedding, nevertheless, I didn't appreciate the ripe banana left on the worktop, we were two guests, we could have left 2 fruits. The alarm system that goes off for the kitchen and you must keep the window open, or you will be fined 2500euros for accident alarm declenched.  The exchange on WhatsApp is with a robot, so a pre-made answer based on keyword, the good news there was someone messaging on booking message. The neighbors were making too much noise from 4am onwards. I didn't like the pishing experimented with asking for extra payment, and the stolen user data. Booking has to secure its platform, which is not normal for such a large organization, moreover no customer service from booking to answer this subject and no booking email on this subject.

The city center could be visited by Walking, no need transportation, Main Frankfurt Hbf is by 4min Walking. The personnel of hôtel was kind.

Checking in was horrible. We had booked two rooms. In one room the code worked fine, in the other it did not work. Trying to get help proved extremely challenging. First endlessy answering repetitive question from a chatbot, Tried to call instead, got an answering machine which had an incomprehensible message. After an hour or so finally reached a staff member through whatsapp. Rather than asking: how can I help? I got a message: please let me read your chat with our chatbot. After another 15 minutes there was finally contact by phone which also did not go very smoothly to put it very mildly. After more than 2 hours we could finally enter the room after a day long journey. The neighbourhood is a bit dodgy, groups of young men just hanging around with no apparent purpose.

Room was clean, comfortable and located conveniently near to the Central Station. Really good value for money. Some good (breakfast)restaurants nearby. The old town of Frankfurt is a 20-25 minute walk from the location.

The blanket is a two person blanket which I personally don’t really like. Also you can’t hear the outside which is great, but if people are outside their doors in the building they are very loud.

The Management of This Apartment Is not a professional

The apartment is a comfortable and bed is also a very comfortable .I like all the facilities provided by the owners Room was an outstanding Cleaning is outstanding But the management of this apartment is not good . I completes all the forms Which is provided by the owner But when I reach there The provided pin code is not working We're waiting outside about 30 minutes .the outside temperature of - 7 So it's not good for the management .Please take care of your customers .

Parts of shower booth door came off but it’s not critical.

Good location, easy check in, clean, quiet at night, comfortable bed, spacious and there were free water, Limonade, beer, snack, tea and coffee! Most of hotel don’t have conditioner but this one has! They let me know when the room was ready, I could have earlier check in. Also it seems like late check out is possible when they are not busy.
