The staff were very friendly and helpful. The bed was large and the room was truly like a little apartment, including small amount of dishes/pans, silverware, good Nespresso coffee, even a dishtowel, soap, and sponge, which you usually don’t even get with an AirBnB. It is close to several restaurants and about 5 minute walk to Gateway Gardens station if you need to take the train (we didn’t this trip). The room allowed space for us to spread out a bit and was quiet even though we were near the airport. One of the best things was the airport shuttle which was €6 per person and very worth it at 545am. They also offer parking on site (garage under the propriety) but we didn’t utilize this during this trip. As with other Frankfurt airport properties, I would assume pre-reservation or request for parking is needed.

I couldn’t understand how to adjust the thermostat in the night and ended up feeling warm in the night.

The room was very spacious and clean. It had a super functional and stocked kitchnette.

I like to sleep with a window open for fresh air and the AC was warmer than I would have had it set but when the window was open there was a lot of road noise and people noise all the time. We had a room facing the road but due to circumstances beyond anyone's control we spent two nights in a hotel across the road with a room not facing the street and it made all the difference in the world to the noise levels.

I have staid here 3 times, I'd stay even more. The rooms are quite quiet, awesome breakfast with more than reasonable price, coffee machine in the room and beautiful lobby with casual business atmosphere. The staff are always awesome! My only minor complain is the ACs are not as cold as I like them to be. Very close to the airport, ten euros Uber ride to the airport. Ask for the type of the bed you want while checking in.

The rooms are comfortable but very small. I didn’t like the shower. Just a curtain and you get water everywhere. The shower drain smelled of sewer which wasn’t very pleasant.

6 euro for the shuttle to go to airport while coming from the airport was free.

The location was great, close to the airport. The supermarket was just next door which was nice. I liked that the room has a mini kitchen including a fridge. That's the reason I chose this hotel among others in the area. The airport shuttle was also convenient.

They serve a full breakfast and have a coffee machine onsite but would not sell us just a latte before our morning flight- so strange. They clearly were making them for other guests.

The room was as advertised. Special mention for the staff who were very welcoming. Our flight was at 8.20pm but due to bookings we could not get a late checkout. The staff helped us out with storing our luggage for a few hours and provided us with refreshments when we went back to the hotel to collect the bags.

I didnt like that there is no day rate for people who land at early after long haul flights and need somewhere to rest. Hiltons properties have a great day rate when available. Staycity should consider this.

Location is close to the airport, close to supermarket and dining. They also have their. own food in the lobby which is very helpful. The shuttle is easy to use and the front desk staff is polite.

Just the bed configuration in many rooms but we settled for 2 single beds to solve that issue.

Staff were very accommodating to change our room when we didn't want a room with the long side of the double bed against the wall. Unfortunately most rooms offered seem to come that way which doesn't suit everyone. But staff took the time to find a room we could be satisfied with. Also really loved the communal space in the lobby and the proximity to the airport (mins away).

Nothing, the hotel is perfect for a flight the next day.

Great staff, very spacious room. Right next to restaurants and a grocery store. Perfect for when the flight is too early the next day. This was our second time with this hotel and have already booked the next time. Highly recommended!

Taking the shuttle back needed a token (or cash), that was not clear.

Did not eat breakfast but it looked very nice. Thre were resturants nearby plus a nice grocery store, all within an easy block walk.
