How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The double bed was small and next to a wall. The person sleeping on the wall side wwas crowded in.
The apartment was small but had everything that you needed for a short stay.

Expected to use the running mashine but found it in a small basement room without window and didn't feel like to run in it. But it's already a bonus. So we can't rate low for this.
It's exactly what I need. We only stayed for one night before our flight. The location is great with a direct S-bahn to the airport and the S-Banh station ist literally just downstairs, 2 minutes walking distance. Room is not big but with everything. Well designed. Hotel offered earplug but it's not needed at all. It's very quiet whole day.

Cleaning of the room was only done once during our stay of 11 days and that was two days before we left. Had to hunt for clean towels.
The room was comfortable and staff was helpful. A nice place to stay and would use it again. Location was good for us.

A bit sketchy location cause it's near the train tracks and would've appreciated a bit more of personal contact (someone did have to come to help us check-in) and more clarity about the check out process. Also the room was too warm.

Staff were only around during the day (while I was out working) but was easy to message them to get what I needed.
Very comfortable and well laid out apartment, had everything I needed. Great for a week long work trip.

I spent four nights at the Stayery and it was very extraordinary relaxing and quiet at the hotel. I was delighted with the high level of service, even if I came in the middle of the night, the modern design and great accessibility to the center , 15 meters to public transportation, a supermarket close by, drinks and food and snack to buy during the night, I also felt safe in the hotel, no junkies around, but smiling people. And I had a view to the skyline, a comfortable bed, an area to chill. I came back from a business trip chilled and loved the change to dive into a home like escape there.

The WiFi in the room was not really stable, so remote work was kind of taff... And there is only one ordinary chair in a two persons room.
Really clean rooms and common areas, good room size and kitchen well-equipped.

An extremely comfortable and thoughtful interior, functional design. I am amazed by every detail. There are plates, glasses, pots for cooking. Additionally a microwave and french press at your service. Common rooms have many options for spending time (for cardio, weight training, bar, relaxation area). The expectations were met and even more. Thank you, hotel staff!

I stay for a week for business trip and the property so comfort. Kitchen and laundry so functional. Very near with Lidl so we can cook everytime we want. The S-bahn Muhberg station just a stone's throw, so easy to go and back by train. Feels like home, Sure will stay here again.

Receiving automatic messages via WhatsApp should also be in English alongside the local language (German).
A great, quiet location within walking distance of public transportation, large clean rooms, the facility is maintained to a high standard, I will definitely come back again.
