The check-in location is far away. The room had air conditioning installed, but it was still hot.

It's close to the central station. There's an electric kettle. The windows can be opened. There's no problem with the shower water pressure.

The bed wasn't particularly comfy to my taste. It would be great if they could offer a pair of sleepers since the floor is cold and it's a bit uncomfortable to go barefoot. The chair for the table isn't really ideal, either. ( but interesting design I have to say!)

The location is amazing, only 3 3-minute walk from the station. The hotel is very clean, and the staff is extremely helpful and kind, I really appreciate that. The wifi works perfectly. There was one complimentary water.

The room was small and spartan. The bed was comfortable, and everything worked. The weather was warm, and the air conditioning in the room was welcome. The bed was comfortable. But it’s not the type of room where you would want to spend any time.

The room was really huge, and I was just missing something I could use as an office. I had to work for a couple of hours, and it would have helped me a lot .

Big comfortable room, big windows, and on the side of the courtyard, so it was also quiet. I felt welcome and would go back there again. Also, really nice design:)

This place is good to stay at for short trips but it lacks some essential amenities and in my opinion they should reduced their assigned rating from 4 stars to 3 stars. There is no mini fridge (I hadn't checked the facilities section so that's on me), no indoor paper sandal/slippers, no phone to be able to connect to the reception and request more items and whatever you want you would have to go to the nereby Syte hotel (sister partner) personally. The lightning of the room is "artistic" but its horrible and too dark if you want to put makeup on or check your makeup under natural light and not in the bathroom. But the shampoo / soap smells so good, the working station room is perfect if you work remotely, the ironing room is very useful and the receptionist is absolutely amazing, he is so nice, friendly and accommodating! The location is also perfect. I would probably book with the main Syte next time if I want to stay in Mannheim, as the breakfast service is there anyways and it looks more luxurious. In any case, its a solid 3/5 that would turn to 4/5 because of the friendliness of the staff.

Had to walk back around the corner in 36 degree heat with two kids to get the key cards to get into the hotel, because the reception at Staytion was not manned when we arrived. Please just inform in advance and then it is no problem.

My room had a small 90cm wide bed. It wasn't uncomfortable but it was a bit tight.

A nice hotel one block from the train station. The reception is a coworking space, which was closed when we arrived, but we were able to check in at the hotel/bar next door where they also serve breakfast. The rooms have everything you need for a pleasant stay and very modern decor.
