Host sent entry codes with the invoice with no problems. Apartment clean and well equipped with plenty of kitchen items, a decent sized refrigerator, just enough furniture for the two of us and guests for dinner, etc. Location was perfect for us - within easy walking distance of our son's apartment, grocery stores, tram stop.

Internet connection was unstable and slow The washer and dryer units are in the common area of the building but they were available to use most of the time

We had some trouble to make the key pad entry at the front work - though that to the apartments was OK. Ours was on the third floor so we didn't like walking up all those stairs - but there are other apartments on the lower floors. The bed was very comfortable but took up most of the bedroom. We didn't find many places to eat in the immediate area - apart from "Die Tafeldecker" already mentioned.

There was free parking on site and it was easy to park. The location was very good - very close to the Fuggerei and within easy walking distance of the other main sights. The kitchen was very well equipped and there was a comfortable seating area. A supermarket is just down the road and we recommend "Die Tafeldecker" at the entrance to the Fuggerei for its German Tapas among other reasonably priced dishes.

There were few things to mention but in general they didn’t ruin our stay: the internet connection was a bit on a weak side; there are no ceilings in the living room thus sleeping on the sofa not that comfortable; the washing machine is not in the appartment, it is downstairs for the common use.

Friendly staff, they are really just a call away! The appartment is cozy, it has all major facilities and kitchen utensils, even a set of board games:) the so called single bed in the second bedroom is suitable for two people. The location is good, not far from town center, the supermarket is just round the corner.

We didnt met any staff members, so we couldnt tell our complains to anyone - The batteries to one of the remote controlls were missing and one night table was pretty shaky. But otherwise no other problems.

The apartment was big, nice, fully equipped with great location close to the city center. Parking slots for guests. We enjoyed our stay pretty much!

I had a wonderful experience staying at the hotel. The apartments were exceptionally clean, cozy, and stylish. The kitchen was equipped with everything I needed and even more than I expected. I want to express my special thanks to the hosts for providing a coffee machine and coffee. Every little detail was thought out to ensure the guest's comfort. The internet connection was excellent, which was important for me. The hotel's location, although it didn't play a major role in my case, was still conveniently close to the city center, within walking distance. Another great advantage was the free parking available in the courtyard. However, I encountered a slight difficulty accessing the apartments, but overall it was not a major concern.

Apt was heated from the ground and was a bit cold when we arrived, but it was ok after we turned up the heating subsequently. It would be good to have a microwave oven, and to provide washing detergent as travellers usually won't buy and carry washing detergent around. We couldn't find bin for non-recyclable trash although there are plastic bags provided which we then used to bag rubbish. Advisable to pack and bring up a small bag with clothes you need for the duration of stay instead of big luggage.

Apt is very clean and neat, beds are comfortable. Surroundings outside is quiet. Apt is secured with password key access. Host was helpful when we had difficulty finding the place at night and using the key access at first. Private car park available.

Steep staircase, its a bit difficult if u carry the heavy luggage.

The location is strategic, near to the tram and bus station. The grocery is also easily accessible. The room is clean and tidy.

The apartment was really nice, sparkling clean and comfortable. A lot of space! Few minutes’ walk from the center and super markets round the corner. Parking available on the property which is definitely a plus in a city like Augsburg.... and amazing detailed information from the owners on how to get there, check-in, etc... Nothing can go wrong :-) We'll definitely come back, thank you!!!

It was sometimes quite difficult to use the door code, if the light was shining directly on the little panel. Others seemed to have the same experience. The system on the flat door, just typing in numbers, was far easier.

The location was quite central, it was spotlessly clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the hosts were patient with my (sometimes silly) questions. There was plenty of storage. The shared washing machine was very convenient.

We had a situation with conkers on close trees they falling alot on iron roof tops and may quite a noise ,its so quiet they impacted quite a bit.A bit unsure re Recycling but did what i could was unsure the location but got there in the end
