Everything worked as described, room facilities very good, including (real) coffee machine. Complimentary fridge contents and early morning fresh rolls better than expected, good quality

All was very fine, minor feedback: I arrived late, in principle there would be enough parking space but guests each use 1,5 space for their car. I suggest to divide spaces clearer with lines. No reading light at work desk, the main room lights (led strip) were not strong enough for me. No elevator (I don’t mind but some people will. 2 floors)

This is for me the perfect hotel for an overnight stop! All I need from an hotel. Good spacious very clean room with all needed and more (good bed, choice of pillows, nice bathroom, cups coffee. tea, even some cold drinks free in the room, fridge, airco, quite, parking, huge tv, great automatic checkin, no waiting at a reception). I travel a lot and would wish other big hotel chains would copy this concept, care and quality. Done with care and love. Clear information and easy communication. For the price I paid (also my limit :) perfect. Also charging option for car.

Everything was great, except the check in.

A bit complicated checking in with no staff on the premises. But a kind person with Telecom allowed us to call the number and the long distance check in worked fine.

Clean and well equipped room (tea, coffee, water, kettle), close to the highway, very comfortable bed, silence, self check-in and check-out, parking with enough space. Great place to rest during the trip.

The room was very cold (we were there in a cold night in January). The blankets were not worm enough and the heating system was not very good (I set the temperature to 23 but obviously it was not enough). My friend who stayed in the next room had same complain (although he has set the temperature to the highest) seems the heading system was very slow to kick in. The other problem I faced was the noise not sure exactly was the source of it maybe the pipes but was very annoying. Though my friend did not had such complaint. The windows blinds were not fully making the room dark so if you are sensitive the light it may be a bit disturbing.

We spent a night in this hotel on route to our destination. Found it easy to find and it was clean and nice room. There were fair number of parking spaces and there were spacious. it was relatively easy to get to our rooms despite our last minute booking (30 minutes before arrival in almost mid-night). We had to call the number as we did not receive the code to get the access to the keys cards (due to late minute booking). But it was very easy the operator on the phone was kind and provided us the code to access the key.

The room was perfect. It was very clean and there were even small Milka chocolates as a welcome gifts. There were enough parking spaces and there were spacious. Everything was perfect. I highly recommend this hotel.

there wasn’t any food in the fridge for breakfast as it said :/ but we were very late booking the night before, since the hotel we booked in Bad Nauheim was locked when we arrived and the y didn’t even answer the phone to us! so we were happy to find your 24 hr check in! :)

so clean and the cleaner was exceptional. her husband drove us to our next destination instead of taxi which did not speak any English and actually hang up on my mother, so rude !

The window was open when we arrived so the room was really cold. It took a long time to get the temp up, maybe the window had been open for days if noone stayed in the room? Unpleasant for us as guests but also bad for the environment.

Close to Autobahn but not too close (no noise) Clean. Good beds and bathroom, just what we needed.

Online check-in was very problematic (initially no link received to fill out form, which was needed to receive code for opening the key box). Then the code was incorrect. Luckily staff showed up to help (although this is a hotel without a reception).

The room was very spacious, stylish, and seemingly brand new.
