For this quality, lower prices can be found easily.It’s not value for the money. But if you wanna pay this amount of money, then you will have much more better options around. Safe box in my room was one of the oldest one which was not digital and works with key. When I asked for key from reception, they asked me a deposit for key!! Safe box is part of room amenities and doesn’t make sense that you pay deposit just for its key. Also these model very old safe box which works with a small key, actually is NOT safe box. When you enter the hotel, you will see only one elevator and that one didn’t work from morning up to afternoon.

No house cleaning for 5 days straight starting with 31 december. First day on arrival not a single access card worked. Had to wait close to 24 hrs to get some cards that can open our room. Front entrance card reader was hard to ... read any cards. Temperature in the room was lower than expected. AC system didn't do anything to heat it up and there was a single water based heater underneath a window curtain but it lacked the power to heat the whole room.

The room was clean and plenty of space inside. Sleeping in the bed sheets and pillows was good and warm.

We booked 2 rooms, one of them was really spacious and nice what was good, but the other one was really small. Which made it seem unfair since we paid the same price for both rooms. That was a little disappointing, aside from that it was all good.

The location was really convenient and the staff were very friendly.

The communication on the corona rules. No cleaning of the rooms and we were guest during 4 nights! The ventilation was not functioning and the tecnician did not repair it.

Even if the room is ready an early check-in costs an additional €35. This is not a customer oriented service. Fortunately I'm slim bodied otherwise I would not have been able to fit in the shower because the doors are restricted by the basin on one side and the toilet on the other.

invoice only can be printed when checking-out. I already insisted to get the invoice when paying and checking-in because in the next day I need to leave early. I was right, there are long queue in the morning and looks like the staffs are not prepared for this. I waited in the line for 20 minutes just for checking-out and invoice. A lot of the hotel guests were not happy and some insisted to skip the line because they need to catch the train which is not nice. But again, this would not happen if they can print the invoice when checking-in. I do not understand why Mercure cannot do this. Other hotels like Ibis or Radisson blue can print invoice when checking in.

The Price was too high but the hotel class and their facilities was very poor . We expected with this money ( about 500 Euro/Night) a very luxury hotel . I booked the hotel by internet and become surprised when arrived and understood that our room has two single bed close to each other ( instead of a double bed which I booked ) . Very small room , no water or any minibar in it . very small closet (about 20 cm wide ) with only two hanger in it . Small size of T.V and ... It seems it should be 2 star hotel but why such a high price!!!??

Staff was wery rude, when I asked to print a document I was told to send it to e-mail, when I asked for email addres I was told "look on the website", and called next person in a line. I asked again, and the lady told me I'm serving a customer. I thought I also was a customer, but not her. Room was very small and cold, especially in the shower. Hot water pressure was wery unstable, making shower constantly switching from freezing to boiling.

Had to be changed three times to the room that I requested. The first one didn’t have a bath. The second room smelt and the third room was just okay. There was no tea and coffee making facilities in the room which I would expect for a four star hotel at standard and the staff were very poor. There was no food available at the hotel. I was told on booking that there is a restaurant and when I went down for dinner there was no food available very very poor would not recommend ever again.

I booked the room via Booking (reservation 4064670038) for one night. I get a single room, as booked, the room 304. I discovered the bathroom, and especially the toilet it's incredibly wrong designed. The bathroom it's extremely narrow and the toilet it's fixed against the long wall. Practically, it's impossible to sit on it.
