For some reason, the cleaners entered the room without knocking every morning, extremely early. Which seemed out of place.

Nothing really just one minor point: Room made up for 3 people with bed and towels prepared but only 2 chairs, glasses and coffee mugs

Clean room, spacious, all the necessary amenities. Nice layout with double bed and separate sofa bed. A white thin curtain separates the two parts. Private bathroom has shower and bath, separate toilet. Quiet room despite busy location. Lighting good, comfortable beds. Would definitely book again!

Cleaning. In 4 nights they didn’t change or clean anything! Even small towels. In spite of dropping them on the floor, cleaning service just left it there. 😏 They just did the bed.

Very convinient option if you want to explore city of Berlin. We had a family suite, large, spacious room with small kitchennete. In a bathroom there are 2 options - bathtube and shower! There was hand and body lotion from Rituals. 👍 Smiley and polite reception guys, all of them, especially a guy from Belarus ❤️ Breakfast was average, we tried only once. Other mornings we prefered to eat nearby, in Maracay cafe - delicious and good quality.

Expensive breakfast which we avoided. Wooden cutlery/disposable plates only provided when requested at reception. No apparent cool aircon.

Very spacious room with proper dining space, long sofabed. Self catering facilities with microwave,fridge and sink. Well soundproofed. Separate toilet/bathroom and separate shower/bath.. Very clean. Comfy beds. Very well situated. Safe area.

Each suite has a microwave, a mini fridge, an electric kettle and two mugs. Would be nice to have a bit more cutlery and maybe even some small dishes to facilitate the logistics of having a light meal in the suite.

The bedrooms are kind of sound proof, which allowed us to rest without constantly hearing other guests in the hallway.

There's nothing specific

Everything perfect, room with 3 beds was enough for a family with 2 children. The room was clean and had all the necessary equipment, including micro oven which is rare for hotels. There were also a kettle included, 2 cups (we asked for some bowls and spoons at the reception for children to eat their snacks and they were provided without any problem), a fridge, a safebox. Douche gel, shampoo, hands wash and body lotion also included. The service was quite satisfying as well. There's a parking lot in the same building, paid separately on leaving. The location is very good also.

It was very crowdy for breakfast - not enough space and the elevators were simply not appropriate for the ammount of guests in the hotel. Too long waiting time

Location is good, accessible to public transport and some main landmarks are on the walking distance. They have very fair price for parking and good breakfast

The bathroom set up was bizarre and uncomfortable. The tiny toilet room (with sink) was near the entry door, but the room with the shower, tub, and main sink was across the room beside the primary bed. Most annoyingly, this room with the shower had swinging closet-like doors that did not latch or lock (only held in place by a magnet) and there was a 1-2 inch gap between where the doors should have met in the middle. The shower stall was also very small and narrow.

The staff were friendly and helpful every time we spoke with them. The location was great - walking distance to the subway. The room was spacious and clean, and the building was very quiet (little to no traffic noise). It was great to be able to buy a quick coffee from the lobby bar in the mornings.

A clean and comfortable room with a bathroom and a separate toilet, big enough for 2 adults and 2 children. Breakfast was really tasty and varied.

We did not have plates or utensils in the room but the room came with a kitchenette. However the staff solved this issue very quickly.

It was required to give 20€ deposit to rent an iron. I didn’t have any cash on me, unfortunately, so I wasn’t able to use it. It would be nice to get some cutlery for the kitchenette. Curtains had stains on them.

The localisation is great! It’s one bus ride to get to the city center and train station if needed. The area is clean, seems safe, and rather quiet which allowed us to have the window open for the night. AC also worked great, if needed. Room was very comfortable and spacious, the tv was massive and definitely made the evenings relaxing while watching movies. It was overall mostly clean, the beds were really comfy. Staff was helpful and friendly.

Staying only 4 nights and most of the time exploring the city so did not have time to dislike anything.

The hotel is very close to bus/sbahn stop, supermarket within walking distance, many restaurants closeby, not too busy street but close to many attractions. The room is spacious, the bed is comfy, the bathroom products from Ritual, the bath room has bathub and shower and the toilet is separate from the bathroom. Overall the room is very clean.

really nothing! We didn’t decide to do breakfast because we thought 22€ was steep for breakfast but appreciated that the kettle and small fridge in our room meant we could bring our own breakfast and have it in our room!

It was located right by the metro and bus which made it easy to get to all the places we wanted to see in just minutes: The Brandenburgh Gate, Memorial to the Murdered Jews and Memorial to the Roma and Sinti, Jewish Museum of Berlin, Tranenpalast, DDR Museum, etc. It will be even better when the museum at the former Anhalter Banhof station - right across the road - (the departure point for many deportees to death camps during WW2) is completed next year as this will be another piece of history of interest to travellers wanting to encounter WW2 history. The location, the staff, the room was clean and comfortable! Having a bar in the hotel lobby was nice—we had a drink there one evening and met some other travellers. Having a bathroom and toilet/WC separately really helps when sharing a room with three other people! This is one of the features I love about Novotel’s design!
