The room was quite warm and the air con didn't seem to be working. The sofa bed also wasn't the most comfortable but it didn't impact our stay at all

Cleaning was medicore (e.g. hair at the bathroom). There is very little wardrobe space in the room, so it makes it almost impossible for a family of four, to keep the room in order. Elevators are very slow. I could imagine some hot meat products at the breakfast (e.g. sausages)

Staff is very nice and helpful. Rooms are spacious. There was a wide choice at breakfast in good quality. Location is superb.

The staff attention by the woman at the reception was terrible, she returned my passport in bad manner and talked to me disrespectful way, I asked her name and she told me it was “Nomi”.

There are no any dishes in the room. Tea and coffee supplies were not replenished. Only two chairs in the room for four person.

Bathroom and toilet are prefab - plastic, doors are not isolating any noise at all. Taking a shower or using a toilet is always a "shared" experience. Lucky we did not book breakfast - is totally crowded and you have to wait a while. Restaurant capacity is much smaller than room capacity.

Very convenient, close to some of the major attractions and Potsdammer Platz. Rooms are big, well suited. Overall decent value for money! Would recommend for families.

There could be sliding doors or dark curtain between sleeping and living zones. There could be some plates, spoons, forks in Suite.

We stayed in Suite room with 1 double bed for parents and double sofa bed for children. Suite was spaciouse and I liked, that there were curtains seperating parents space from childrens space. We used little kitchen corner to make tea or to warm up some meals from Lidl (nex door) in Suit's microwave. And there was also small fridge in Suite. So, we could eat breakfasts and dinners in our Suite.

Great place for business travel. The rooms are nice and confortable. The cleaning could be better (few bottles of cocacola under the bed) but the team is very nice. A few more hangers could be great. Totally recommend it.

For the price we paid, we wished it came with breakfast. That was the only challenging thing, but there is a fridge, microwave and a kettle to help with mealtime.

We really really loved our stay at this hotel. The rooms were big and my kids had enough space to play whenever we weren’t out. The property is super clean and staffs are very friendly and helpful whenever we needed help. Housekeeping did a great job too all the while we were there. We had great sleep, beds are so comfortable. There is Lidl just a few minutes walk away from the hotel, super easy for getting groceries. The hotel is also within walking distance to the major sight seeing places in Berlin. There is also a train station very close to the hotel. We had a great time in Berlin and the hotel is super lovely.

Our shower head fell apart and it took them a couple of days to fix. It was fine since we had another bath and since they offered us to move to a different room and gave us a compensation (free drinks) and we appreciated their effort. Another thing is that the sofa bed was a bit uncomfortable and came with one pillow only (while the main bed had 2 for each person set every day) which wasn’t sufficient, but they had no problem providing us with whatever we needed (the extra pillow and towels).

The staff were amazing - nice, cooperative and helpful. The location is great - close to the subway and some bus stations, with many restaurants in the area. The room was spacious and had everything that we needed.

Maybe a bit more variety for breakfast, as for 4 days it was all the same. And if you are looking for hipsterish nice restaurants, etc, Potzdammer Platz is not the location for that, there are no good restaurants in the area, it's all in East Berlin (Panzlauer Berg, Mitte, etc), which is quite far. But for the first visit to the city with kids and the focus on historical aspect, it was just right.

The hotel is great value for money, they have really good breakfast, good variety for kids, everything what was needed was served. It's very well located, close to touristic attractions and Berlinale hall. Rooms are quiet and clean, enough space.

I guess it's because the rooms are bigger than usual, most of the guests are families with kids. Rooms are okay, no noise problem or something but during the breakfast time, oh god it's a big chaos there :D If you don't like kids, this hotel should not be your first choice. I have doubts about cleanness of the room. Bed was okay, but floor and surfaces were dirty

We didn't like how noisy it was, we could manage the noise of traffic outside but our room was situated next to the lift and the noise of other guests waiting for the lift was awful. Maybe use up other rooms first before selling surrounding rooms around the lift? We stay in bed quite late and the cleaners go round with hoovers and cleaning trollies at around 9am in the hallways which was loud enough to wake both of us up. The mini fridge wasn't cold inside which was a problem too. They don't put bags inside the bins so we had stuff in the bins that weren't cleaned out which wasn't great either. Also €22 PER PERSON for breakfast? No thanks... I'd recommend getting a pastry or two from lidls for less than €5!

We loved the location as it was super close to a metro station and 10 minute walk to the Berlin wall! Room key card worked every time and no issues, we were given 2 cards between us which is more than other hotels have given us. We had a microwave which we used to cut down costs of eating out, a mini fridge and 2 supermarket round the corner. Room was spacious and comfortable to relax in, space for storage and a safe for valuables.
