Excellent room which included a kitchenette area with its own sink and small fridge. Plenty of space and a nice dining table with chairs. No noise issues. Room cleaned daily

Slow elevators stopping often on each floor could be quite annoying.

Very good location, specious, clean room. Rituals cosmetics were highly appreciated by our teenage daughter :) We did not have breakfast included, but there is very good small restaurant serving breakfasts nearby (close to Lidl). Parking 17eur for 24h is a good price, we could leave the car even after check-out.

- The bathroom and toilet design is very poor: 1) absolutely no noise insulation. You hear everything when your roommate uses the toilet, flush the toilet or take a shower 2) the ventilator doesn’t seem to work or very weak so the wall of the bathroom is all wet after a warm shower or the smell in the toilet got trapped. 3) there is a huge gap in between the bathroom door that is facing the basin, so your roommate can see everything if you stand there. - Housekeeping quality is below avg: 1) we have to go down to the reception to get our 3rd mug as we can’t reach anyone from housekeeping by calling twice. 2) On the 2nd day they didn’t refill our coffee/tea. 3) the bathtab has stain since we checked in - only 2 elevators for a hotel with more than 200 rooms. At peak hour the staircases are very busy coz ppl can’t get in the elevators

- Location is great. Easy access to many sites - the Suite is big enough for 3 ppl for a short trip - there is a microwave and mini fridge in the room so you can eat simple food in the room

Everything was good- great location, rooms are comfortable, exceptionally charming reception, cleanliness and size of the room great. Only remark is that the price could have included breakfast but compared to overall price level, still a good offer.

The bathroom is a plastic, prefabricated contraption. It's like something you'd find in a ferry boat or train.

We arrived around noon and check in was at 3pm. We asked if the room was available and the reception guy said no. When we asked if he could notify us when the room was ready he bluntly said no!!

Had could of sleepless nights as the Ac switches off in the night because of hospital policy. Got a fan on the third night to make it more tolerable.

Tea and coffee sachets provided on our arrival but no milk. Also as we booked a room with a kitchenette it would have been useful to have some cutlery and plates provided. Also we had booked a room for 3 persons but were only provided 2 cups and two chairs.

The location was superb with a station, the main sights and a supermarket all within walking distance. The family room was ideal for us and our daughter.

The room did get a little hot. I'm not sure if the AC was working or not. We did have one window that opened all the way, and that helped considerably.

The room had a great floor plan that worked exceptionally well for a family, especially the separate WC, and the shower + bathtub. The kitchenette was tiny, but was perfectly adequate for simple meals and snacks (included small sink, electric kettle, microwave, refrigerator). Location right next to a major S-Bahn line was amazing.

The location and staffs were on point. Given the circumstances at the time with the strike, they were quite accommodating and helpful.

The only downside was the 22-euro breakfast the hotel offered. Quite expensive in my opinion. But just like I said, there’s a supermarket around the corner and some bars in the area, so you can easily overcome the problem, if it is a problem for you.

The location is excellent, especially if you are a ww2 history nerd, with both the ruins of Anhalter railway station and the Topography of Terror history museum at short walking distance. The suite was clean and well equipped. There’s a supermarket right behind the corner and a couple of restaurants nearby.

The reception staff I felt were a bit distant, no-one told us any information, there were loads of maps, and useful information that would have helped us but we didn’t notice these until the end of our trip. The bar staff were helpful and we had a lovely stay regardless.
