Bathroom was also not super private, so you'd better be pretty cofortable with the person your staying with. Staff could have sometimes been more helpful (especially concerning parking). Parking is not easy to find if the hotel parking is full.
For a budget hotel it is actually relatively charming and well decorated. Room was spacious and pretty. felt more luxurious then a lot of much more expensive, outdated hotels. Nice looking breakfast and restaurant, though I didn't eat there. Has the charm of a hostel (young people, metting travelers) without the inconvenience and student feel (you can have your own room and it feels quite clean and hotel-like). The room was actually very spacious.

Probably the room the most confortable I ever stayed in! The style is exceptional, witty and well arranged. There was family games in the bedroom, which we enjoyed a lot. The playful decoration was highly appreciated by my son, which now requests that in his own bedroom. :) This is definitely somewhere you can call home. The candy bar was super to take a last snack before leaving. We unfortunately forgot to take a picture in the photo booth which means we definitely need to come back! Will forever be, our at home when we come to Hamburg.

It transpired that I was trying access another room! Would have like some drinks facilities in the room, but the trust system in the breakfast room and reception meant it was easy to take refreshments up and pay later.
Cool, quirky hotel, with relaxed atmosphere and friendly staff. When I realised i'd forgotten my adapter plug, the reception staff were happy to loan me one for free.

The staff was friendly and helpful even before our stay. they gave great tips and the vibe was relaxed.

The breakfast was amazingly good, the rooms nice and spacious. The cafe/restaurant downstairs was a good place to stay and work.
