This was not our first visit and our next trip to Hamburg will lead us back to Superbude Altona. Lovely concept build on trust (you take what you like and pay at check-out), an amazing crew and funky interior design.

Easy check and friendly staff. The rooms are well equipped and comfortable. The lobby, bar and restaurant are cosy and invite you to stay for a drink.

Not very practical lights hard to turn on and off. Didn,t have or could not find the do not disturb door signs. Got bothered many times by house keeping. Shower is a bit difficult to use because of the curtain blowing in and the showerhead cannot be fixed properly. No cleaning done in the first day, after that cleaning was great every day.

Interesting look, creative I liked the red light and the umbrella on the ceilling. Breakfast good

Like with most German hotels... there is not kettle in the room. Also no mini-fridge or ironing facilities in the room. These are not necessary but would have been nice.

It is so nice to stay in a hotel that is not decorated like EVERY other hotel. Everywhere you looked in the building there was something interesting. It is super hipster so if that's not your vibe then maybe don't stay here but I loved it. The breakfast was absolutely incredible. I wasn't planning on having breakfast the last day because I had to catch a flight but I woke up earlier so I could have the breakfast before leaving. Convenient location to move around, there are buses and the s-bahn very nearby as well as some really good restaurants.

No negative points, except that the parking lot is probably not big enough if the hotel is full. However at both our stays we found a place.

We were happy to find that dogs were allowed also in family rooms, which is rare. Our room was actually a suite, we were pleasantly surprised at how big it was, and at the cosy/funny decor. Our daughter was absolutely thrilled about the retro video game. The fridge with beer and other drinks was also a very nice touch.

No desk in the room. Bed was homemade I think. Creaking wood getting in and out.

The place was interesting with lots of style and color. The staff were very friendly. The wifi was good. Not much parking but it was available right outside of the hotel. Breakfast was amazing.

The toilet and bath are separated. Preferred a sink next to the toilet. It would have been nice if the option for free cancellation was offered until the day before travel date to give more flexibility (due to unplanned circumstances, we almost could not make the trip and was not able to cancel/modify booking at last minute). Anyhow, glad that we made it and had enjoyed the stay.

Friendly service at the counter, easy check-in, clean and comfortable rooms (very spacious!), comfortable bed, many accessible plug points for charging devices, fancy interior decorations (restaurant, corridor, walkways).

Cleaning was the only thing that did not satisfy us in the room - the trash bin after the previous guest was not removed, and other people's hair was found here and there.

More hanging space for clothes would be useful as would a second chair in a double occupancy room. This would not deter me from staying here again.

This hotel is a ten minute walk from Bahrenfeld station and close to the city centre. Our room was large and clean. the shower was excellent and breakfast was well worth paying for. Staff were friendly and efficient. There were plenty of power points for our electronic devices.

It was a shame there were no tea/coffee making facilities in the room, as that was much needed, when I attempted to purchase a coffee in the breakfast area/restaurant, there was no one around to serve.

The accommodation was fun & quirky, both the reception and hotel room. The room was clean and comfortable, also quiet, which was good. We did not have breakfast but I did take a look and it was self service 'more continental' The restaurant looked inviting and comfortable. The little chocolate santa left outside each bedroom door was a nice touch.

Superbude is an 11 outta 10! The place is located in Altona and you can get there easy by bus or train. The check-in was super easy and very well prepared by Superbude! The staff was friendly and the interior was amazing. You can see that they have an amazing concept and there is so much love for every detail. My wife and I absolutely recommend Superbude to everyone, it was an amazing experience and we'll come back for 100%!

The staff is very friendly and nice, they are trying to help you with what you need. The location is cool, a lot of small details with high impact. The breakfast is variated and delicious.

Nothing it was all great!

Great location! Only a 10 minute walk to the metro line which gets you into the city centre in 15 minutes. The breakfast was also great and offered something for everyone, even vegan options. The room was very comfortable & the shower was great too! The hotel is located on a quiet street with a pharmacy, pizza place & supermarket too which was very handy for our stay.
