The coffee in the morning was disappointing. The neighborhood isn't the most interesting or visually appealing but it's well-connected by transportation to the rest of the city and we felt safe walking around

Had a really warm welcome from the desk guy or rather the guy at the bar, the room was comfortable and clean and interestingly decorated. We didn't stay long, left early the next morning. Note, when traveling from the Hbf., don't make the mistake we did and take the U3 to Berliner Tor -- this led to a confusing walk in the dark across a park and along very busy streets. Instead we later found it much easier to take the S3/S5 to and from Hammerbrook station -- a slightly longer walk but a much more straightforward and calmer one. Appreciated the 'no bed for Nazis' on the front door. Would happily stay again.

Room was clean, not big but enough for one night, beds were very comfortable. If you are traveling by car you have public garage really near the hotel, and with the discount you get in the hotel parking is 15EUR per day. Public transportation is close to the hotel. Staff is very polite and helpful.

- The carpet seemed quite dirty (it was vacuumed, but seemed stained and saturated with dirt) - Dirty building entrance hallway, and smelling weird (moldy/humid)

- Fairly clean (clean bathroom, clean towels, clean bedsheets) - No noise during the night, it was really quiet and nothing bothered our sleep

Very good hostel that includes double rooms and offers a very good continental breakfast. Double room smallish but good facilities. Good communal areas and staff very friendly and helpful. Area a little out of the way of bars/cafes although there is the Berliner Tor rail/underground station is nearby

It was not possible to move around the bed because of the small space. There is no free parking (but at least it is written in the information).

The room was cold and there was only a radiator to warm it up, and it was always cold. The container metal covering the walls in the room for decoration purposes made the room even colder.

The beds were pretty loud. Anytime any of us wanted to turn around we would wake up the others. We could even hear the people in the room next to us.

The hotel is on a main traffic artery so a bit of road noise, even up on the fifth floor. The area around is not particularly attractive.

Large light room (it was a triple), good, clean bathroom and hotel is close to station and supermarket. Helpful staff.
