The location is in the heart of Düsseldorf's old town, everything is a round and very close to metro station. The communication with the staff was easy and very helpful.

- bad room layout - one of the bedrooms is a connecting room to the shower room - one apartment had a tiny "kitchen" in the corridor - loud neighbourhood (bars and restaurants)

- very nice hosts, answered questions quickly and allowed early check-in - comfy rooms - comfy beds - We booked two apartments, one had a really nice kitchen - in the middle of the Düsseldorf pedestrian zone - local trains nearby (underground)

It was extremely loud at night (cause of all the night life I guess) and made it impossible to sleep without ear plugs :(

The beds were comfortable, apartment was small but clean and had everything you need. 5 min walk from the train station & lots of bars and restaurants around!

As a solo traveler looking for a place to sleep in the Old Town there is nothing to not like.

I was traveling alone and wanted an place in the Old Town so this apartment was just what I was looking for as the location is excelelnt for the river, the Old Town and it is about a 5-8 minute walk from the underground and about a 30-40 minute walk to the train station (I don't walk very fast). The apartment has two bedrooms, one with four single beds and one with two single beds and a sofa. There is a nice kitchen, I only used the kettle so I can't comment on anything else. There is a table and some chairs in the kitchen. The bathroom was fine with a good shower. Despite it's location it was very quiet.

Not really a dislike but a recommendation. I think some clearer details or a detailed map of where the apartment is positioned would be useful.

The location of the apartment in relation to the main station, u-bahn, the Rhine, and the bars & restaurants. Apartment was clean, comfortable & well appointed. All of my party said they'd return.

The apartment is not thermally isolated, so we were cold in the first day due to inadequate heating, thank god the weather got better in the other days and we didn’t heating anymore, but still was not comfortable. There is a gap between the floor and the bathroom door, so there is no enough privacy in the bathroom. The door handles are very loose and there fell on the ground repeatedly waking up the people who were sleeping at that time. The beds and pillows were ok at maximum. The apartment was not really clean as we arrived.

The location in central, but at the same time it’s very loud and there is no sound isolation in the apartment, in addition to that one of the windows couldn’t be closed for the whole stay.

Nothing to dislike. I was very impressed.

Location was fantastic. Perfect for Altstadt and the river area. Very safe and very close to all the bars and restaurants. Apartment was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. Comms with the hosts were great, they let us know check-in details the day before we arrived, and instructions for check in were simple and easy.

Apartment was on the 4th floor with no elevator-I don’t recall reading this in the description. Rented a 2-room apartment with 1-large double and 2nd-3 twins, and a seating/living room. When we arrived we ended up in a one bedroom apartment with 1-room (2-twins), 2nd room was 3 twins but it was 3 twins set up in the living room with a tv and small side table that was open with the kitchen. I did call and question however they suggested we move the two twins together to make the double (we did this and the the beds were to different heights), and they stated the pictures on the booking show several apartments. They also proceeded to state that none of the apartments have a large double even though the deluxe (this is what I rented) states otherwise. My opinion is that the listing is misleading and/or dishonest. I would also mention that the apartment was dirty, the shower head fell from the wall (they did offer for someone to come fix it right away) and we couldn’t shut the window to buffer the noise from the street due to the way it was installed.

Only thing we liked about this property was the location.

Our apartment overlooked the street, which was very noisy until the early hours. Window didnt close properly, so had to buy earplugs to be able to sleep.

An apartment manual with how to use the central heating system would have been handy, however we did work it out in the end after locating the thermostat, we did arrive really late and it was cold.

The location of the apartment was excellent, it is situated in the Old Town and met our needs brilliantly, The apartment was spacious and the beds were really comfy, the instructions given to access we really good and we found the property no problem in the dark.

- there was no hot water. Not comfortable for shower and shaving - the TV didn’t work. no default local channel - no parking in proximity - the noise street is very strong. so need to close window and it make the room even warmer - the door bell in the stair didn’t work - no default shampoo (just my opinion) - the stairs are dirty and in middle of work - the picture were a mixed of various apartment. difficult to know which picture correspond to its own appartment - there is no super market nearby. so need to buy everything before xoming to the appartment
