One thing I can’t find is that there’s no AC in the room. Right now it’s ok but in the summer it may be required. Also there is hardly any staff around just one at the reception. But that’s how it is in most European countries

I loved the location as it very central and walkable to everything around and the hotel also is cute. The view from my room was just out of the world. Loved it. I came here with not much expectation and was surprised with the view. I think it’s great that’s why I’m extending my stay here. I’m just wondering why it’s so quiet actually. It’s cute that all the staff seems to be senior citizens in their 70s and even 80s and are working even at this age, unlike what I’ve seen in India. I will post pics on my Instagram @namionthemove

Hotel actually has underground parking area, but it is not mentioned in booking site. Reservation beforehand is required.

Charming hotel in central location. Excellent breakfast, spacious room with a garden view, kind staff, overall good value. I will book again for our next trip.

Some parts of the hotel could be modernized. The floor under the bed wasn’t very clean

My bathroom shower needed to be fixed. There was no way to keep water from getting on to the floor while in the shower. The railing in the shower was loose. The tub is too high up. Myself who is six feet, 72in had to which is very difficult to get in and out off when the floor is wet!

The hotel was in a great area. I was able to leave my car and walk around the whole city. In a timely manner.

The service at the breakfast was beyond our expectations. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Also, we didn't expect there to be a steam room, which was a pleasant surprise.

The pillow on the bed was really big so it made it difficult to sleep as you couldn't lay your head flat. The hotel is also not very sound proof so you can hear everything in the hall and in other rooms nearby.

The mountain view from the room was beautiful! Nice little table and chair on the terrace as well. The breakfast staff were exceptionally kind and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and I really enjoyed being able to order the scrambled eggs, bacon, omelettes, etc fresh! It makes all the difference. The coffee was excellent as well.

The staff at the reception. He's not that so friendly. He gave us our tickets during check out. And when we asked why not when we checked-in, he told us that its on the wall all the time (where the keys are). He expected us to know that we are allowed to take whatever is in there? How should we know? Breakfast..There's not a lot of choices. If you want an egg, they will still cook for you. I asked for a boiled egg, but its not even cooked. We couldnt wait anymore coz we dont have much time.

Hotel staff are very helpful and friendly. Our room was recently renovated so it was very clean and pleasant. We really liked having a balcony. Two armchairs in the room was a nice touch. Breakfast was great, a huge choice. Location spot on. A very short stroll to shops, supermarket and railway station. I would definitely come back. 😃

The hotel is on a busy main road and there was a building site opposite so it does get a bit noisy after 7.30 a.m the windows had excellent double glazing and did keep the majority of the noise out.
